بفضل من الله- تمكن مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، من إنقاذ حياة امرأة خمسينية بحالة صحية معقدة، عانت من مضاعفات "4" جراحات سمنة غير دقيقة، بتدخل جراحي بالغ التعقيد يعد الأكبر من نوعه بالمملكة، حيث استمر لـ "14" ساعة متواصلة، ويمثل نجاحه إنجازاً طبياً لافتاً.
أخبار متعلقة مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر ينقذ "طفلاً" وزنه "250" كجم من مضاعفات السمنة المفرطةمستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر ينقذ سيدة تعرضت لانفجار حملين في قناتي فالوب بعملية منظارمستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر يجري عملية استبدال ركبة ناجحة باستخدام الروبوت الجراحي تحت التخدير النصفيوقال الدكتور عبدالوهاب الشهراني استشاري الجراحة العامة وجراحات السمنة والمناظير المتقدمة والروبوت الآلي، وجراحات الكبد والبنكرياس والقنوات المرارية، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج، أن التاريخ المرضي للمراجعة بدأ بخضوعها لعملية تكميم معدة قبل "6" سنوات، وبعدها بدأت تعاني مضاعفات تلك العملية، التي من أبرزها خروج جزء كبير من المعدة لمنطقة الصدر، حيث أجرت عملية لإصلاح فتق بالحجاب الحاجز واعادة المعدة لمنطقة البطن، ثم عادت وأجرت عملية لفك الالتصاقات وعمل تحويل مسار مصغر، لكن معاناتها تواصلت واضطرت للخضوع لجراحة لإصلاح فتق بالحجاب الحاجز مره أخرى، وتسببت في انسداد كامل لتوصيلات تحويل المسار وهجرة المعدة بشكل كامل وكذلك الأمعاء إلى التجويف الصدري، ثم أجرت عملية فك للالتصاقات للمرة الرابعة وتغيير تحويل المسار من المصغر إلى الكلاسيكي قبل نحو سنتين، وعلى الرغم من كل هذه العمليات التي أجرتها في مستشفيات أخرى، إلا أن حالتها الصحية تدهورت وازدادت تعقيداً.
وأضاف د. عبدالوهاب الشهراني أن السيدة أسعفت إلى مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر بحالة صحية سيئة استدعت تنويمها في العناية المركزة، ووضعها على التغذية الوريدية المركزية لنحو أسبوعين لعدم قدرتها على الأكل وحتى شرب الماء. وبعد استقرار حالتها خضعت لفحوصات طبية دقيقة، وأظهرت صور الأشعة الطبية وجود انسداد كامل بالمريء وكذلك التوصيلة الخاصة بتحويل المسار، وفتق ضخم جداً بالحجاب الحاجز وعبور المعدة وتوصيلات تحويل المسار إلى التجويف الصدري بشكل كامل، مع التصاقات عديدة، وهدد كل ذلك حياتها، موضحاً أن الفريق الطبي وضع خطة علاجية متكاملة وأجرى عملية منظار معقدة، بالدخول عبر "4" فتحات مناظير صغيرة، وتم فيها فك التصاقات الحجاب الحاجز والالتصاقات الشديدة ما بين المعدة وتوصيلات تحويل المسار وغشاء القلب وغشاء الرئتين، ثم بعد ذلك فك الالتصاقات في المريء داخل الصدر، بعدها تم إعادة تحويل المسار الكلاسيكي بشكل كامل، وإصلاح فتق الحجاب الحاجز بوضع شبكة نوعيه دقيقة، وتكللت العملية ولله الحمد بالنجاح التام، ونقلت المراجعة مجدداً إلى العناية المركزة، حيث وضعت تحت المراقبة لمدة "48" ساعة، وعُمل لها اختبار الصبغة وتنظير الجهاز الهضمي من الداخل، للتأكد من عدم وجود أي تضيقات أو تسريب، وكانت النتيجة ممتازة، وتحسنت حالتها بسرعة إلى أن غادرت المستشفى لاحقاً بحالة صحية جيدة، وعادت لممارسة حياتها بصورة طبيعية بعد معاناه سنين.
