قنا .. فريق طبي بمستشفى الوقف المركزى ينقذ ربة منزل وجنينها في جراحة نادرة

تمكن فريق طبي بمستشفى الوقف المركزي، التابع لمديرية الصحة والسكان بمحافظة قنا، من إنقاذ حياة ربة منزل حالتها خطرة، أثناء الولادة القيصرية السفلية بسبب فتق سبيجن غير مرتجع مع وجود منديل البطن.
وقال الدكتور محمود ابراهيم القهيوي، أخصائي الجراحة العامة، و رئيس الطاقم الطبي، إن السيدة عمرها 30 عاماً ، جاءت لمستشفى الوقف المركزي في حالة خطرة لإجراء ولادة قيصرية سفلية، وتعاني من آلام بالبطن.
وتابع القهيوى، على الفور تم عمل أشعة تلفزيونية علي البطن والحوض، وتبين أن الحمل بخير والطفل مكتمل النمو مع وجود فتق سبجين spigen hernia غير مرتجع مع وجود منديل البطن، وجرى إدخال المريضة العمليات وعمل قيصرية سفلية وتم استئصال منديل البطن المتضرر في الفتق مع إصلاح الفتق جراحيا وغلق البطن علي دارنق.
وأوضح القهيوى، بأن الحالة العامة للأم والطفل مستقرة، وأن مستشفى الوقف من المستشفيات التي تقدم الخدمة لأهالي المركز وقري المراكز المجاورة على أكمل وجه بدعم الدكتور محمد بدران، وكيل وزارة الصحة والسكان في المحافظة.
وأجريت الجراحة بفريق طبي متكامل بقيادة الدكتور محمود القهيوى، رئيس قسم الجراحة العامة، والدكتور مصطفي حسن أخصائي، والدكتور حسن عيد، أخصائي، والدكتور محمد عبدالقوي، استشاري النساء، والدكتور أمير أخصائي التخدير.

وأكد الفريق الطبي أن نجاح هذا التدخل النوعي لا يقتصر على حل المشكلة العضوية فحسب، بل يمتد أثره الإيجابي ليشمل جودة حياة الطفل وعائلته بأكملها، حيث يساهم بشكل كبير في تخفيف الأعباء النفسية والجسدية والاجتماعية المترتبة على مثل هذه الحالات، ويمكن الطفل من الاندماج بصورة أفضل في بيئته المحيطة.
