تلقى صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سلمان بن حمد آل خليفة ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء حفظه الله، برقية تهنئة من معالي السيد علي بن صالح الصالح رئيس مجلس الشورى، رفع فيها إلى صاحب السمو الملكي ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء خالص التهاني والتبريكات بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للديمقراطية، والذي يصادف الخامس عشر من شهر سبتمبر من كل عام.
