أعلن البنك السعودي الأول عن شراكة استراتيجية مع كوانت، شركة متخصصة في تطوير منتجات قائمة على علوم البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي في قطاعّي التجزئة والعقار. تهدف هذه الشراكة إلى تقديم خدمات وحلول مبينة على البيانات ومخصصة لاحتياجات قطاع التجزئة من خلال كوانت، مما يمكّن المستفيدين من اتخاذ قرارات مبينة على تحليل البيانات وذكاء الأعمال لاتخاذ قرارات مدروسة ودقيقة.

عبر هذا التعاون، سيتم تقديم مجموعة شاملة من التقارير والأدوات للأعمال في قطاع التجزئة مما سيوفر رؤية فورية ومفصلة لمؤشرات أداء الأعمال وبياناتها التشغيلية، وتحليلات لسلوكيات العملاء، وتحليل المبيعات، وتقارير تفصيلية لإدارة المخزون، وغيرها. تساعد هذه الأدوات والتقارير الفئة المستهدفة من عملاء "الأول" على رفع فاعلية وربحية أعمالهم وتقليل الهدر والتكاليف التشغيلية، بالإضافة إلى تعزيز المنتجات والخدمات المقدمة بناءً على استراتيجيات مدروسة مبينة على سلوكيات الطلب وساعات الذروة وتفضيلات العملاء.
