سيول هائجة دمّرت السدود والمنازل.. الإعصار دانيال يغيّر حياة آلاف الليبيين

لم يعلم الليبيون عندما استقبلوا الإعصار دانيال الذي اجتاح بلدهم صباح يوم السبت الماضي، بأن هذه العاصفة ستغيّر حياتهم بالكامل.
فالأمطار الغزيرة، وما تبعها من انهيار للسدود وطوفان للأنهر، حصدت آلاف الأرواح وتركت الكثيرين جرحى، ولم تتمكن السلطات حتى الآن من تحديد الرقم النهائي للخسائر.
وفي مدينة درنة، أكثر المناطق تأثرًا بما حصل، أظهرت الصور المنشورة على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي سيولًا هائجة، أزاحت منازل من مكانها ومخلّفة خسائر قد يحتاج المواطنون إلى سنوات لتعويضها.
وتستمر عمليات الإنقاذ وسحب المياه من الشوارع بحثًا عن المفقودين، حيث أعلنت حكومة طرابلس بقيادة عبد الحميد الدبيبة إرسال طائرتَي إسعاف ومروحية و87 طبيبًا وفريق إنقاذ بالإضافة إلى تقنيين من شركة الكهرباء الوطنية لمحاولة إعادة التيار الكهربائي المنقطع.
كما وصلت فرق إنقاذ أرسلتها تركيا إلى شرق ليبيا، وفق السلطات.
وأعلن السفير الأميركي لدى ليبيا ريتشارد نورلاند على منصة "إكس" أن السفارة أصدرت "إعلانًا للحاجة الإنسانية من شأنه السماح بالتمويل الأولي الذي ستقدمه الولايات المتحدة لدعم جهود الإغاثة في ليبيا".
بدوره، قال منسق الشؤون الخارجية في الاتحاد الأوروبي جوزيب بوريل "الاتحاد الأوروبي يشعر بالحزن لصور الدمار في ليبيا التي دمرتها ظروف جوية قصوى تسببت بخسائر بشرية مأساوية، ويراقب الوضع من كثب وهو على استعداد لتقديم دعمه".
كذلك، أعلنت الناطقة باسم وزارة الخارجية الفرنسية آن-كلير لوجندر الثلاثاء أن فرنسا مستعدة لإرسال "مساعدات طارئة" إلى السكان المتضررين في ليبيا.
وأعلن وزير الخارجية الإيطالي أنتونيو تاياني الثلاثاء عبر منصة "إكس" أن إيطاليا ستقدم مساعدات إلى ليبيا، موضحًا "توجّه فريق تقييم بتنسيق من الحماية المدنية الإيطالية إلى البلاد".

من جانبها ذكرت مؤسسة الأمير محمد بن فهد للتنمية الإنسانية : أن المؤسسة حريصة على تهيئة البيئة المناسبة للرحلة العلاجية للأطفال محاربي مرض السرطان.
وأضافت : مبادرة برنامج "بسمة حياة" تعتبر من أهم المبادرات التي تقدم خدمات لهذه الفئة وأسرهم، كما أن البرنامج يندرج ضمن استراتيجية المؤسسة، ومبادراتها؛ بهدف رعاية مرضى السرطان من الأطفال من خلال طرح برامج وخدمات اجتماعية متكاملة، الرامية إلى تثقيفهم وتوعيتهم وتثقيف وتوعية أسرهم بتداعيات المرض وطرق مواجهته، بالإضافة إلى تنفيذ برامج ترفيهية مصاحبة.
يذكر أن برنامج "بسمة حياة" أحد برامج مؤسسة الأمير محمد بن فهد العالمية، انطلق عام 2017م ضمن مبادرات المؤسسة التي تهدف إلى تقديم خدمات اجتماعية مساندة لمرضى السرطان من الأطفال وأسرهم، ودعم البرامج والأنشطة التوعوية والوقائية، وقام البرنامج بتجهيز القاعات الترفيهية للأطفال المصابين بالأورام بعدد من بالمستشفيات بالدمام والرياض وجمهورية مصر العربية ، كما تعتزم المؤسسة التوسع في انشاء قاعات للأطفال مرضى السرطان في عدد من المستشفيات.
