غرفة الشرقية تستعد لإطلاق معرض "وظائف 2023"

تستعد غرفة الشرقية ممثلة بمركز التوظيف لإطلاق النسخة الـ 9 من معرض "وظائف 2023"، الذي تنظمه برعاية صاحب السمو الملكي، الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبد العزيز أمير المنطقة الشرقية، بمعارض الظهران الدولية " الظهران اكسبو".

ويعقد المعرض الذي يشهد إقبالا كبيرا من الشركات، لمدة 4 أيام حيث ينطلق يوم الاثنين الموافق 23 اكتوبر 2023 ويستمر حتى الخميس الموافق 26 اكتوبر 2023، ويستقبل طالبي الوظائف من الساعة 1 ظهرا إلى الساعة 8 مساء.

ويواكب الحدث الذي يعد الأبرز في مجال التوظيف في المنطقة الشرقية التطور المستمر في قطاع الموارد البشرية، والتخصصات الجديدة التي أصبحت مطلبا لسوق العمل، كما يسلط الضوء على الكفاءات الوطنية التي تحمل الدرجات والشهادات النوعية القادرة على مواكبة تطلعات الشركات وخططها المستقبلية.

من جهته، أوضح رئيس مجلس إدارة غرفة الشرقية بدر بن سليمان الرزيزاء بأن غرفة الشرقية ستظهر هذه النسخة من المعرض بإمكانيات تقنية حديثة ومتنوعة بحيث يسهل على طالبي العمل من الجنسين البحث عن الفرص الوظيفية والتسجيل ضمن المتقدمين عليها، معربا عن أمله في أن يسهم معرض وظائف 2023 بتحقيق النجاح الذي حققته النسخ الماضية، التي أسهمت في توظيف العديد من الطاقات الوطنية في مواقع عمل متنوعة في الشركات والمؤسسات الخاصة.
مشيرا إلى اهتمام قطاع الأعمال في المعرض حيث تتلقى الغرفة طلبات مستمرة للمشاركة.

وأهاب الرزيزاء بالشركات والمؤسسات سرعة المشاركة وحجز أماكنهم في المعرض، مبينا بأن المعرض يهدف إلى تحقيق التواصل بين قطاع الأعمال من جهة، ومقدمي خدمات التوظيف والمتخصصين في إدارة الموارد البشرية والتوظيف من جهة أخرى، وبين هذه الجهات وبين طالبي العمل من جهة ثالثة.

وقال الرزيزاء بأن الكثير من الطلاب السعوديين الذين أنهوا دراساتهم في الآونة الأخيرة سواء داخل المملكة او خارجها اختاروا تخصصات مختلفة جديدة يحتاجها الوطن ليصنع المستقبل بل ان الكثير منهم اكمل الدراسات العليا حتى يكون ملما اكثر ومتعمقا اكثر في التخصص، لافتا الى ان التخصصات الجديدة هي بالفعل نوعية وتواكب رؤية المملكة 2030، واصبح الطلب عليها كبيرا من قطاع الأعمال، ومن هنا فإن المعرض يعتبر فرصة ثمينة لاصحاب تلك التخصصات ليجدوا الفرص الوظيفية التي تناسبهم حيث ان المعرض يشهد مشاركة من الشركات التي تعمل في مجالات تهتم بصناعة التغيير.
