تحالف استراتيجي بين رتال وماريوت لإنشاء واجهة بحرية فاخرة في الخبر تحت علامة ريتز كارلتون العالمية

أعلنت شركة رتال للتطوير العمراني عن توقيع اتفاقية استراتيجية مع ماريوت الدولية، أكبر شركة إدارة فنادق في العالم، خلال معرض سيتي سكيب العالمي في الرياض لإطلاق فندق الريتز كارلتون في الخبر، وتطوير واجهة بحرية فاخرة على طول ساحل الخليج العربي.

وسيوفر فندق الريتز كارلتون في الخبر، الذي تبلغ مساحته 99,917 مترا مربعا، مساحات فاخرة مصممة بهندسة معمارية حضرية وحديثة تجمع بين الأناقة والفخامة الفائقة، وسيضم المشروع المتوقع افتتاحه في عام 2027 وجهة ضيافة ترفيهية متكاملة من التجارب الفندقية والمطاعم العالمية والفعاليات.

وقال المهندس عبد الله البريكان، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة رتال للتطوير العمراني، بأن هذا الاتفاق يعكس القدرة والثقة لشركة رتال للتطوير العمراني لتطوير مشاريع سياحية نوعية، وفقًا لأهداف رؤية 2030، ويعزز التزام رتال بالتحالف مع العلامات التجارية العالمية الراقية وتنويع المشهد السياحي في المملكة بشكل عام والمنطقة الشرقية بشكل خاص.

وأضاف البريكان بأن تواجد رتال في معرض سيتي سكيب الدولي، أبرز حدث عقاري عالمي في الرياض، ورعايتها للمعرض، يدل على التزام الشركة بتحقيق معايير استثنائية، موضحاً بأن توقيع الاتفاق له أهمية استراتيجية لكل من رتال وماريوت الدولية وللصناعة بشكل عام، كما أن هذه التعاون يشكل خطوة كبرى نحو تطوير قطاع السياحة والضيافة في المنطقة الشرقية، لتقديم تجارب ضيافة عالمية المستوى تحقق مفاهيم برنامج جودة الحياة.

وتم توقيع الاتفاق بحضور رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة الفوزان القابضة عبدالله الفوزان، والرئيس التنفيذي لرتال، المهندس عبد الله البريكان، والمدير التنفيذي لماريوت الدولية في الشرق الأوسط، سانديب واليا، والرئيس التنفيذي لصندوق تنمية السياحة السعودي قصي بن عبدالله الفاخري، ورئيس مجلس إدارة شركة منصور بن جمعة وأبناءه القابضة محمد بن منصور بن جمعه.
وقال سانديب واليا، المدير التنفيذي لماريوت الدولية في الشرق الأوسط: "نتطلع إلى العمل مع شركة رتال للتطوير العمراني لإطلاق الوجهة الفاخرة والخدمة المميزة للريتز كارلتون في المنطقة الشرقية، وأمامنا فرص توسع كبيرة لعلاماتنا الشهيرة واستثمار جهود المملكة العربية السعودية على بناء قطاع سياحي متطور.

وتُعد رتال للتطوير العمراني التي تأسست في عام 2012، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في مجال التطوير العقاري في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتعمل على تطوير وتنفيذ المشاريع السكنية والتجارية والفندقية.
