أمريكا تسعى لإدراج الأزمة الأوكرانية في بيان قمة العشرين

تعمل "الإدارة الأمريكية"، جاهدة على إدراج موضوع النزاع بين روسيا وأوكرانيا في البيان المشترك لقمة مجموعة العشرين بالهند، لكنها ليست مُتأكدة بعد من إمكانية التوصل إلى اتفاق بهذا الشأن، حسبما أفادت وكالة "تاس" الروسية، اليوم السبت.
أفاد بذلك جوناثان فاينر، النائب الأول لمستشار الرئيس الأمريكي لشؤون الأمن القومي، خلال مؤتمر صحفي عقد أمس الجمعة.
وقال فاينر للصحفيين: "فيما يتعلق بالبيان المشترك المحتمل، لا أريد أن استبق الأمور فإن الحوار حول مضمونه لا يزال مستمرا. إن التوصل إلى وفاق في هذا المنتدى أصعب دائما منه على صعيد مجموعة السبع مثلا، لأن تلك المجموعة عبارة عن تجمع للبلدان ذات آراء متشابهة للغاية، بينما مجموعة العشرين هي ببساطة هيئة أكثر تنوعا مع اختلافات كبيرة في وجهات النظر، وخاصة حول بعض القضايا الدولية، وموضوع روسيا وأوكرانيا على رأس القائمة".
العملية العسكرية الخاصة الروسية في أوكرانياوحسب فاينر، الذي يرافق الرئيس الأمريكي جو بايدن في رحلته إلى الهند، فإن تضمين البيان نقطة تتعلق بالعملية العسكرية الخاصة الروسية في أوكرانيا "سيكون أمرا صعبا.. لذلك نحن نعمل على هذه القضايا".
وصرح فاينر أن الولايات المتحدة ترى "تصريحات ومواقف بناءة بشكل متزايد حيال النزاع الروسي الأوكراني من بعض المشاركين في مجموعة العشرين"، وأضاف: "سنعرف بالضبط ما الذي سيتنهي إليه الأمر في البيان المشترك في غضون الساعات المقبلة".
وفي وقت سابق أعلن رئيس الوزراء البريطاني، ريشي سوناك، أن دول مجموعة العشرين غير قادرة حاليا على التوصل إلى اتفاق بشأن قضية المناخ والأزمة الأوكرانية بسبب موقف الصين.
من جانبها، صرحت الخارجية الروسية أمس الجمعة بأن دول مجموعة السبع تمارس ضغوطا على الهند لتضمين الوثائق الختامية لمجموعة العشرين مواقفها الأحادية تجاه النزاع في أوكرانيا.
وتعقد قمة مجموعة العشرين في نيودلهي في الفترة من 9 إلى 10، وبالإضافة إلى أعضاء المجموعة تلقت تسع دول أخرى هي بنغلاديش ومصر وإسبانيا وموريشيوس ونيجيريا وهولندا والإمارات وسلطنة عمان وسنغافورة، دعوة لحضورها. ويمثل روسيا في القمة وزير خارجيتها سيرغي لافروف.
