عملية جراحية استثنائية.. استئصال كتلة ضخمة لستيني في مستشفى البشير

المريض كان يعاني من إمساك مزمن مصحوب بالتقيؤ المتكرر
أجرى فريق جراحة الجهاز الهضمي في مستشفى البشير بنجاح عملية استئصال كتلة في القولون السيني بحجم 10 سم لرجل في سن الستين عبر المنظار.

وصرَّح استشاري جراحة القولون، الدكتور غاندي العمايرة، بأن المريض كان يعاني من إمساك مزمن مصحوب بالتقيؤ المتكرر وفقدان الوزن لمدة 3 أشهر، وقد أُجريت له عدة عمليات تنظير للبحث عن السبب دون جدوى.
وأشار الدكتور العمايرة إلى أن صورة طبقية كشفت وجود كتلة بحجم 10 سم، مما استدعى إجراء عملية استئصالها بالإضافة إلى وجود دمل داخل الكتلة واستئصال مقطع من الأمعاء الدقيقة الذي كان ملتصقًا بها.
وأوضح الدكتور العمايرة أن هذا النوع من العمليات يُعتبر من العمليات المُعقدة والمتقدمة في مجال جراحة المنظار.
وأكد أن العملية تمت بنجاح بمشاركة عدد من الأطباء أصحاب الاختصاص في مستشفى البشير.

نجح مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، في إجراء عملية لاستئصال الغدة الدرقية و"51" عقدة لمفاوية منها "21" تنتشر فيها خلايا سرطانية، ووضعت العملية حداً لمعاناة مراجعة تبلغ من العمر "39" عاماً، مع ورم سرطاني بالغدد ومتشعب من الرقبة إلى الصدر. ذكر ذلك د. فاضل الحرز استشاري الجراحة وجراحة الغدد الصماء، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج.
وقال د. الحرز أن المراجعة تحسست كتلة تحت الجلد في منطقة الرقبة، ولاحظت كذلك تغيرات في الصوت، وزارت أحد المستشفيات، وتم تشخيصها بوجود عقد تحتوي على خلايا سرطانية في الغدة الدرقية، فراجعت مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، بحثاً عن رأي طبي آخر، وعقب وصولها خضعت لفحوصات دقيقة حيث أظهر "فحص السونار" وجود تضخم في الغدد اللمفاوية بالرقبة الجانبية، فتم أخذ خزعة وفحصها، وبينت النتائج إنتشار الورم السرطاني من الغدة الدرقية إلى الغدد اللمفاوية، فتم إخضاعها للمزيد من الفحوصات منها أشعة مقطعية للرأس، وتصوير إشعاعي للصدر والقلب للتأكد من سلامة هذه الأعضاء، وعرضها على استشاريي الأنف والأذن والحنجرة، لفحص الحبال الصوتية، كما عاينها استشاري التخدير، وتم إخضاعها لعملية كبيرة تحت التخدير الكامل، تم فيهال استئصال الغدة الدرقية ، واستئصال الغدد اللمفاوية المركزية في اليمين واليسار، واستئصال الغدد اللمفاوية الجانبية من "2" وحتى "6"، حيث تم استئصال أكثر من "51" غدة بدقة متناهية حفاظاً على جميع الأوردية والشرايين المجاورة، واستمرت العملية لمدة "8" ساعات متصلة، وتكللت ولله الحمد بالنجاح، وجرى استخدام تقنية حديثة لمعرفة الأعصاب التي تتحكم بالحبال الصوتية والمحافظة عليها، لأنها عرضة للضرر في مثل هذه العمليات، والإضرار بها يؤثر سلباً على صوت المريض. ووضعت تحت المراقبة لمدة "24" ساعة، ثم حُولت إلى غرفة التنويم، وأمضت "72" تحسنت خلالها حالتها مع الرعاية الطبية الحثيثة، وغادرت المستشفى بحالة صحية جيدة، ولاحقاً تمت متابعتها وتأكد أن صوتها ومستوى الكالسيوم في الجسم طبيعي، ما يؤكد نجاح العملية التام. وأكد د. الحرز أن مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب، مرجعاً لمثل هذه العمليات، حيث به وحدة متخصصة بجراحة الغدد الدرقية والجار الدرقية، ويضم كفاءات طبية متخصصة وإمكانيات تشخيصية عالية، فضلا عن وجود أحدث التقنيات.
