مجلس الوزراء: إحلال المركز الوطني لسلامة النقل محل مكتب تحقيقات حوادث الطيران /عاجل

رأس خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود ـ حفظه الله ـ، الجلسة التي عقدها مجلس الوزراء، اليوم، في نيوم.

وفي بداية الجلسة، أطلع خادم الحرمين الشريفين، مجلس الوزراء، على فحوى المحادثات التي جرت مع عددٍ من قادة الدول الصديقة خلال الأيام الماضية، وتتصل بالعلاقات المشتركة بين المملكة وبلدانهم وسبل تعزيزها في مختلف المجالات.

وأوضح معالي وزير الإعلام الأستاذ سلمان بن يوسف الدوسري، في بيانه لوكالة الأنباء السعودية عقب الجلسة، أن المجلس تناول التقارير المقدمة من لجان المتابعة والتنسيق بين المملكة وعددٍ من الدول الشقيقة بشأن مستجدات أعمالها الهادفة إلى توطيد أواصر التعاون والتكامل في مختلف المجالات، معرباً عن التطلع إلى تحقيق المزيد من الارتقاء بالعمل المشترك إلى آفاق أرحب في إطار العلاقات الأخوية المتميزة والروابط التاريخية الراسخة.

واستعرض مجلس الوزراء، جهود المملكة في تعزيز التعاون الدولي متعدد الأطراف لمواجهة تحديات المياه حول العالم والمبادرة بكل ما يسهم لمعالجتها؛ ومن ذلك الإعلان عن تأسيس منظمة عالمية للمياه مقرها الرياض، بهدف تطوير وتكامل العمل المشترك بين الدول والمنظمات في هذا المجال لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة.

وبين معاليه، أن المجلس تابع التطورات على الساحتين الإقليمية والدولية والجهود المبذولة بشأنها، مجدداً التأكيد على أهمية التعاون وتوحيد المساعي المشتركة لتحقيق الاستقرار وتعزيز السلام والتنمية في العالم.
واطّلع مجلس الوزراء، على الموضوعات المدرجة على جدول أعماله، من بينها موضوعات اشترك مجلس الشورى في دراستها، كما اطّلع على ما انتهى إليه كل من مجلس الشؤون الاقتصادية والتنمية، ومجلس الشؤون السياسية والأمنية، واللجنة العامة لمجلس الوزراء، وهيئة الخبراء بمجلس الوزراء في شأنها.

وقد انتهى المجلس إلى ما يلي:

أولاً:
تفويض صاحب السمو الملكي وزير الطاقة - أو من ينيبه - بالتباحث مع الجانب الإيطالي في شأن مشروع مذكرة تفاهم بين حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية وحكومة الجمهورية الإيطالية للتعاون في مجال الطاقة.

ثانياً:
الموافقة على نماذج مذكرات تفاهم في شأن إنشاء المركز العالمي للاستدامة السياحية، بين وزارة السياحة في المملكة العربية السعودية وكل من: ( وزارة السياحة في جمهورية جنوب أفريقيا، ووزارة السياحة والفنون والثقافة في جمهورية غانا، ومعهد السياحة في جمهورية كوستاريكا ).

ثالثاً:
تفويض رئيس الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة - أو من ينيبه - بالتباحث مع مركز أكسفورد للدراسات الإسلامية في شأن مشروع مذكرة تفاهم في المجالات العلمية والبحثية والأكاديمية والمعرفية بين الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة في المملكة العربية السعودية ومركز أكسفورد للدراسات الإسلامية في المملكة المتحدة لبريطانيا العظمى وإيرلندا الشمالية.

رابعاً:
تفويض معالي وزير الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات رئيس مجلس إدارة وكالة الفضاء السعودية - أو من ينيبه - بالتباحث مع الجانب الهندي في شأن مشروع مذكرة تفاهم بين وكالة الفضاء السعودية في المملكة العربية السعودية ومنظمة أبحاث الفضاء الهندية في جمهورية الهند في مجال أنشطة الفضاء للأغراض السلمية.

خامساً:
تفويض معالي رئيس الديوان العام للمحاسبة - أو من ينيبه - بالتباحث مع الجانب الهندي في شأن مشروع مذكرة تفاهم بين الديوان العام للمحاسبة في المملكة العربية السعودية ومكتب المراجع العام في جمهورية الهند للتعاون في مجال العمل المحاسبي والرقابي والمهني.

سادساً:
تفويض صاحب السمو وزير الثقافة رئيس مجالس إدارة الهيئات الثقافية بممارسة اختصاصات مجالس إدارة الهيئات الثقافية الواردة في المادة ( السادسة ) من الترتيبات التنظيمية للهيئات الثقافية، وذلك على النحو الوارد في القرار.

سابعاً:
تعديل بعض مواد نظام الطيران المدني - الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي رقم ( م / 44 ) وتاريخ 18 / 7 / 1426هـ - التي تأثرت بإنشاء المركز الوطني لسلامة النقل، وذلك بإحلال المركز الوطني لسلامة النقل محل مكتب تحقيقات حوادث الطيران.

ثامناً:
الموافقة على سياسة " الوصول المفتوح إلى البنية التحتية البحثية الممولة من الحكومة في المملكة العربية السعودية ".

تاسعاً:
اعتماد الحسابين الختاميين للهيئة العامة للمساحة والمعلومات الجيومكانية، والهيئة السعودية للفضاء " سابقاً "، عن عام مالي سابق.

عاشراً:
الموافقة على ترقيتين للمرتبة ( الرابعة عشرة )، وذلك على النحو التالي:
ــ ترقية المهندس / طارق بن عمر بن عبدالله السليم إلى وظيفة ( مدير عام ) بالمرتبة ( الرابعة عشرة ) بوزارة الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان.
ــ ترقية محمود بن حسن بن ثابت الرتوعي إلى وظيفة ( وكيل أمين ) بالمرتبة ( الرابعة عشرة ) بأمانة المنطقة الشرقية.
كما اطلع مجلس الوزراء على عدد من الموضوعات العامة المدرجة على جدول أعماله، وقد اتخذ المجلس ما يلزم حيال تلك الموضوعات.
