تحت رعاية خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود - حفظه الله -، تُعقد النسخة الثالثة من مؤتمر التعدين الدولي خلال الفترة من 9 إلى 11 يناير 2024 في مركز الملك عبد العزيز الدولي للمؤتمرات في العاصمة الرياض.
وأوضحت وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية أن النسخة الثالثة من المؤتمر، - الذي يُنظر إليه كقمة لمستقبل المعادن - ستشهد مناقشة عدد من الموضوعات أبرزها إحراز التقدم في أجندة القطاع المستقبلية، والتعامل مع مستجدات القضايا التي تم التركيز عليها في مناقشات النسخة الثانية من المؤتمر، ولا سيما القضايا المتعلقة بقطاع التعدين في المنطقة الممتدة من أفريقيا إلى غرب ووسط آسيا، وجذب الاستثمارات للصناعات المعدنية في هذه المنطقة، ونشر التقنيات الرقمية الأكثر تقدمًا في القطاع ، وتطبيق أفضل معايير الاستدامة، إضافة إلى مناقشة متغيرات وتطورات الواقع العالمي اليوم وآثاره على إمدادات المعادن والطاقة في مستقبل وواقع التعدين في المنطقة والعالم، ومساهمة المشاريع التعدينية في تنمية المجتمعات، واستعراض التطورات التي شهدتها الفترة الماضية، وبحث إمكانيات وفرص القطاع في المملكة على وجه الخصوص ، والمنطقة بشكل عام.
وأكد معالي وزير الصناعة والثروة المعدنية الأستاذ بندر بن إبراهيم الخريف، أن مؤتمر التعدين الدولي يٌعد الأهم حول العالم، وذلك بدعم خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود، واهتمام وتوجيهات صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء، وتحقيقًا لتوجهات القيادة الرشيدة الهادفة إلى دعم قطاع التعدين في المملكة وتمكينه باعتباره الركيزة الثالثة للصناعة الوطنية، مشيرًا إلى أن النسخة الثالثة من المؤتمر ستشهد إشراك جانب العرض والطلب على المعادن الأكثر استخدامًا في تحقيق توجهات العالم للتحول نحو الطاقة النظيفة، ليكون منصة للنقاش بين الدول المنتجة والمستهلكة للمعادن، وضمان استمرارية الاستثمار في القطاع بدءًا من المناجم والتصنيع وعمليات التكرير والمعالجة، إضافة إلى التعامل مع التحديات المختلفة في عمليات التمويل والبنية التحتية والخدمات اللوجستية، وهو يدلل على مكانة المؤتمر وتنوع المشاركين فيه.
وأشار إلى أن المؤتمر ركز في نسخته الثانية على التقنيات الجديدة في قطاع التعدين، وسيستمر في نسخته الثالثة والدورات القادمة على دعم تبني التقنيات لخلق بيئة ونشاط تعديني أكثر كفاءة وأمنًا ومحافظة على البيئة، وسيعمل على وضع خارطة طريق لتحويل النقاشات المعمقة التي تجري في جلساته وأنشطته إلى أفعال يمكن تطبيقها على أرض الواقع، خاصة وأن قطاع التعدين والمعادن يواجه العديد من التحديات، أبرزها تزايد الطلب على المعادن بشكل عام، وعلى المعادن اللازمة لتحقيق تحول نحو الطاقة المتجددة بشكل خاص.
وبين وزير الصناعة والثروة المعدنية، أن العالم يدرك أن قطاع التعدين لا يمكن تطويره إلا من خلال المشاركة في الحوار واتخاذ قرارات مؤثرة في هذا المجال، والبحث عن مناطق تعدينية جديدة وواعدة، مؤكدًا أن النسخة الثالثة من المؤتمر ستستمر كمنصة رائدة لوضع المزيد من أسس المشاركة في القرارات والإجراءات والأهداف بين المستثمرين وشركات التعدين والأطراف المعنية بقطاع التعدين في جميع أنحاء العالم، وستعمل أيضًا على إبراز الدور الذي يمكن أن تلعبه المنطقة المستهدفة في تحقيق أهداف العالم في التحول الأخضر.
وسيشهد اليوم الأول من النسخة الثالثة لمؤتمر التعدين الدولي، التي ستعقد في 9 يناير 2024م اجتماع الطاولة المستديرة لأصحاب المعالي الوزراء المعنيين بقطاع التعدين من مختلف دول العالم، بمشاركة عدد من ممثلي المنظمات غير الحكومية المعنية بقطاع التعدين على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي، كما ستنطلق فعاليات المؤتمر بما فيها الجلسات الرئيسة التي يشارك فيها عدد من الوزراء المعنيين بقطاع التعدين، وقادة الاستثمار التعديني على مستوى العالم، ورؤساء كبرى شركات التعدين من مختلف الدول بدءًا من 10 -11 يناير 2024.
يذكر أن النسخة الثانية من المؤتمر شهدت مشاركة عدد من أصحاب السمو والمعالي الوزراء، ورؤساء وفود الدول المشاركة في المؤتمر إضافة إلى 249 متحدثًا وأكثر من 13000 مشارك من قادة الاستثمار، ورؤساء كبرى شركات التعدين، وخبراء ومختصين تقنيين في هذا المجال، وممثلين للمؤسسات المالية ومقدمي خدمات ومصنعين من 145 دولة.
كما شهدت إطلاق عدد من المبادرات التي انبثقت عن اجتماع الطاولة المستديرة، التي تسعى إلى تطوير استراتيجيات المعادن، وتطوير معايير دولية لاستدامة القطاع، وتطوير مراكز التميز لتصبح جزءًا من استراتيجيات المعادن، وإنشاء سلاسل قيمة للمعادن الخضراء مدعومة بالتقنيات الحديثة.

في إنجاز طبي متقدم، تمكن فريق طبي في مستشفى المواساة بمدينة الخبر من إجراء عمليتين دقيقتين لسيدة ثلاثينية باستخدام تقنية الجراحة الروبوتية، وذلك في سابقة تُعد الأولى من نوعها في القطاع الصحي الخاص بالمملكة.
حيث جرى استئصال ورم ليفي من الرحم بحجم 7×9 سم، إضافة إلى استئصال المرارة المصابة بالتهابات مزمنة وحصوات، وذلك من خلال أربع فتحات صغيرة فقط في منتصف البطن، خلافاً للطرق التقليدية التي قد تتطلب ما يصل إلى سبع فتحات موزعة في مواضع مختلفة من البطن.

وأضاف: بسبب دقة أذرع الروبوت الجراحي، تمكّنا من إجراء العمليتين من خلال نفس الفتحات، حيث بدأنا باستئصال المرارة في الجزء العلوي من البطن، ثم أعدنا توجيه أذرع الروبوت للجزء السفلي لاستئصال الورم الليفي، ما ساعد على تقليل الألم، والحد من المضاعفات، وتسريع فترة التعافي."
وقد غادرت المريضة المستشفى بحالة صحية جيدة ولله الحمد، دون أي مضاعفات تُذكر، في تجربة تؤكد على فعالية ودقة الجراحة الروبوتية في معالجة الحالات المعقدة بأقل تدخل جراحي ممكن.
ويأتي هذا الإنجاز تأكيدًا لريادة مستشفى المواساة في تبني أحدث التقنيات الطبية العالمية وتوفير رعاية صحية متقدمه وآمنة للمرضى.
