في كربلاء.. النزاهة تضبط تزوير بيع عقار وتلاعب بدفاتر الدراسات العليا ومخالفات في الصحة

النزاهة تنفذ عمليات ضبط في دوائر الصحة والبلديات والتسجيل العقاري في كربلاء
اعلنت دائرة التحقيقات تنفيذ عمليات ضبط حالات تلاعب وتزوير واهمال في دوائر التسجيل العقاري والصحة والبلدية وكلية الادارة والاقتصاد في كربلاء.
الدائرة أشارت إلى انتقال فريق عمل مكتب تحقيق كربلاء إلى مُديريَّة التسجيل العقاري في المُحافظة؛ للتحرّي عن المُخالفات المُرتكبة من قبل مُديريَّة التسجيل العقاري الثانية، مُبيّنةً ضبط إضبارة معاملةٍ لبيع عقارٍ؛ على الرغم من وجود قيد مضاف "مُزوَّر" فيها.
وأضافت، في دائرة صحَّة كربلاء تمَّ رصد مُخالفاتٍ مرتكبةٍ من قبل شعبة الموارد البشريَّـة، والمتمثلة بإهمال وعدم مُتابعة الأوامر الإداريَّة الخاصَّة بتنسيب أحد الأطباء للعمل في مستشفى أهلي منذ ثماني سنواتٍ، مع أنَّه لا يجوز التنسيب من المستشفى الحكومي إلى الأهلي، لافتة إلى أنَّ الطبيب لم يعمل طوال تلك المُدَّة في المستشفيات الحكوميَّة، مع الإشارة إلى أنه يتقاضى راتبه من دائرة صحَّة المحافظة.
وتابعت إنَّ الفريق لاحظ ارتكاب رئيس قسم العلوم الماليَّة والمصرفيَّة في كليَّة الإدارة والاقتصاد في جامعة كربلاء لعددٍ من المُخالفات، لافتةً إلى قيامه بإتلاف الدفاتر الامتحانيَّة الخاصَّة بطلبة الدراسات العليا (الماجستير والدكتوراه) بدون تنظيم محاضر إتلافٍ، فضلاً عن وجود حكٍّ وشطبٍ وفقدان بعض الصفحات في السجلات، وتغيير عدد الوحدات الامتحانيَّـة.
وأوضحت أنَّه تمَّ ضبط أوليَّات قيام مُدير بلديَّة الحر السابق بتعمُّد إلحاق الضرر بإحدى المُوظَّفات التي تعمل بصفة "أجير يومي"؛ لقيامه بإنهاء خدماتها دون وجه حقٍّ، وبعد إعادتها للوظيفة قام بإصدار أمر مباشرتها في (9/12/2019) خلافا للواقع؛ لغرض حرمانها من الاستفادة من القرار (315) الخاصّ بتثبيت المُتعاقدين قبل تاريخ ( 2/10/2019)؛ ممَّا أدَّى إلى ضياع حقها في التثبيت أسوة بأقرانها.
