"أم القرى" تنشر قرار تخصيص المواقع الشاغرة في مجمع خام البحص بمحافظة الأسياح للنشاط التعديني

نشرت أم القرى قرار مجلس الوزراء بتخصيص المواقع الشاغرة في مجمع خام البحص بمحافظة الأسياح للنشاط التعديني، وجاء قرار مجلس الوزراء على النحو التالي:
إن وزير الصناعة والثروة المعدنية
وبناءً على الصلاحيات المخولة له نظاماً
واستناداً إلى المادة (التاسعة عشرة) من نظام الاستثمار التعديني، الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي رقم (م/140) وتاريخ 19 /10/ 1441هـ، والتي تنص على أن «للوزارة تحديد أراضٍ أو مناطق بحرية لطرحها للمنافسة، ولا يجوز منح رخص عليها إلا عن طريق المنافسة، وفقاً لأحكام النظام وما تحدده اللوائح»، وإعمالاً لنص المادة (الثامنة والخمسين) من اللائحة التنفيذية للنظام، الصادرة بموجب القرار الوزاري رقم (3293 /1/ 1444) وتاريخ 5 /6/ 1444هـ.
وبعد الاطلاع على القرار الوزاري رقم (45 /1/ 1444) وتاريخ 3 /1/ 1444هـ، القاضي بتخصيص موقع خام البحص بشمال غرب محافظة الأسياح التابعة لمنطقة القصيم كمجمع تعديني للأنشطة التعدينية.
وبالاطلاع على ما عرضه معالي نائب الوزير لشؤون التعدين بشأن طلب تخصيص المواقع الشاغرة في مجمع خام البحص بشمال غرب محافظة الأسياح التابعة لمنطقة القصيم لطرحها للمنافسة.
يقرر ما يلي:
أولاً: الموافقة على تخصيص المواقع الشاغرة في مجمع خام البحص بشمال غرب محافظة الأسياح التابعة لمنطقة القصيم لطرحها للمنافسة للنشاط التعديني.
ثانياً: تطرح المواقع المذكورة في البند (أولاً) للمنافسين للحصول على رخص محاجر مواد بناء وذلك وفقاً لأحكام نظام الاستثمار التعديني ولائحته التنفيذية.
ثالثاً: الموافقة على منح رخص محجر مواد البناء على المواقع المتنافس عليها وفق ما تنص عليه الأنظمة وشروط تأهيل المتنافسين التي تضعها الوزارة وتكون المنافسة وفق أحكام نظام الاستثمار التعديني ولائحته التنفيذية وما تقرره الوزارة في كراسة الشروط والمعايير الخاصة بالمنافسة.
رابعاً: مع مراعاة حقوق المرخص لهم داخل مجمع خام البحص بشمال غرب محافظة الأسياح، تطبق الأحكام والاشتراطات على الرخص التي ستمنح بالمنافسة وفقاً لنظام الاستثمار التعديني ولائحته التنفيذية.
خامساً: يُبلَّغ هذا القرار لمن يلزم لتنفيذ مقتضاه، ويعمل به من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
