تطوير وتحسين الخدمات البيئية في حفر الباطن

أكد مدير عام إدارة شؤون الفروع في وزارة البيئة والمياه والزراعة، الدكتور إبراهيم العبد الرزاق، أن الإدارة تعمل بالتعاون مع الجهات المختصة لتسريع استجابتها ومعالجة الاستفسارات والشكاوى المقدمة من المستفيدين، وتحليل رضا المستفيدين من خدمات الوزارة في المناطق، بهدف تحسين وتطوير الخدمات وتحقيق رضا المواطنين، مشيرًا إلى حرص الوزارة على توفير البيئة المناسبة لتطوير العمل وتحسين جودة الخدمات.

جاء ذلك خلال لقائه، اليوم الثلاثاء، بعدد من المواطنين في حفر الباطن، إذ كان اللقاء يهدف إلى الاستماع لأفكارهم وملاحظاتهم بشأن الخدمات المقدمة.

وأعرب زبن الشمري، مدير مكتب فرع الوزارة بمحافظة حفر الباطن، عن تقديره لزيارة الدكتور إبراهيم العبد الرزاق للمحافظة واستماعه لمستفيدي المكتب، مؤكدًا على أهمية هذا اللقاء في تعزيز التواصل وتلبية احتياجات المواطنين.

وأوضح المهندس عامر المطيري، مدير عام فرع وزارة البيئة والمياه والزراعة بالمنطقة الشرقية، أن هذه الزيارة تأتي في إطار الجهود المبذولة لتعزيز التواصل المباشر مع المستفيدين ومعرفة التحديات التي يواجهونها، والعمل على تذليلها وتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة.
