وزارة السياحة وصندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية تبرمان مذكرةَ تعاونٍ

أبرمت وزارة السياحة وصندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية مذكرة تعاون لتنمية رأس المال البشري في قطاع السياحة؛بهدف تعزيز التعاون والمواءمة في مجالات العمل المشتركة بين الطرفين فيما يتعلق بالإرشاد المهني والتدريب والتأهيل والتمكين في القطاع السياحي.
ووقَّع المذكرة وكيل تنمية القدرات البشرية السياحية بوزارة السياحة المهندس محمد بن معين بو شناق،ونائب المدير العام للأعمال بصندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية فراس بن عبد العزيز أبا الخيل.
واشتملت المذكرة على عدة مجالات للتعاون بين الطرفين،من بينها إطلاق مبادرات تدعم الكوادر المحلية وتعزز الاستدامة المهنية لدي الشباب من الجنسين في مختلف المجالات السياحية،كما تسعى الاتفاقية إلى تحفّيز القوى العاملة على تبنّي أنماط العمل الحديثة في المهن السياحية، إضافةً إلى تنظيم ورش عمل مع الجهات المعنيّة؛للتعريف بالبرامج والمبادرات الداعمة لتوطين قطاع السياحة ورفع جودة العاملين فيه،إلى جانب تنظيم لقاءات وظيفية دورية؛من أجل تعزيز التوطين، وتحقيق الاستقرار الوظيفي في نطاق العمل في القطاع السياحي.
وتأتي المذكرة لتأكيد الحرص على تعزيز توطين القطاع وإثرائه بالكوادر المؤهلة والمدربة وفقًا لأفضل الممارسات العالمية؛ تماشيًا مع تطلعات وتوجيهات القيادة الحكيمة ــحفظها الله ــ وانسجامًا مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 في دعم عجلة التوطين وتحقيق الاستدامة الوظيفية والإسهام في بناء منظومة اقتصادية ترتكز على مشاركة أبناء وبنات الوطن في مختلف مجالات وأنشطة سوق العمل.
