تجاوزت مليوني ريال.. إحالة مقيمين إلى المحكمة المختصة بتهمة غسل أموال /عاجل

صرح مصدر مسؤول في النيابة العامة أن تحقيقات نيابة الجرائم الاقتصادية انتهت إلى اتهام مقيمين بتهمة غسل الأموال.

وكشفت إجراءات التحقيق عن قيام المتهمين بحيازة أموال نقدية تقدر بـ (2,480.000) ريال (مليونان وأربع مئة وثمانون ألف ريال سعودي) وإيداعها في حسابات لكيانات تجارية مخفيان طبيعة الأموال المحولة ومصدرها وملكيتها، وبالتحقق من مصدرها تبين أنها ناتجة عن جرائم ومخالفات لعدد من الأنظمة.

وتم إيقاف المتهمين ورفع الدعوى الجزائية العامة بحقهما أمام المحكمة المختصة، متضمنة الأدلة على اتهامهما، للمطالبة بالعقوبات المقررة نظاماً، وجرى إحالة الكيانات التجارية للجهة المختصة لاتخاذ اللازم بحقهم.

وشدد المصدر على مضي النيابة العامة في مكافحة الجرائم الاقتصادية، وتقديم كل من تسول له نفسه المساس بالأمن الاقتصادي والمالي، للمحكمة المختصة للمطالبة بالعقوبات المشددة في هذا الشأن.
