شركة النفط بعدن تدشن دورة لدفعة جديدة حول ”تطوير مهارات العاملين في التعامل مع الزبائن“

برعاية مدير عام شركة النفط اليمنية فرع عدن الدكتور صالح الجريري ، افتتحت صباح اليوم الاحد 27 أغسطس 2023م في مركز التدريب والتأهيل التابع للشركة دورة تدريبية جديدة بعنوان ” تطوير مهارات العاملين في التعامل مع الزبائن “ للدفعة الثالثة من عمال التموين بمحطات الوقود التابعة للشركة بعدن.
وخلال وقائع التدشين ، شدد الدكتور علي المسبحي مدير مركز التدريب والتأهيل على اهمية الدورة وضرورة استفادة المشاركين فيها من مخرجاتها ، لكون تنفيذها للدفعة الثالثة من عمال التموين بمحطات الشركة ، انما يأتي امتداداً لدفعتين سبق تاهيل المشاركين فيهما ، وذلك في إطار حرص قيادة الشركة ممثلة بمديرها العام الدكتور صالح الجريري على تطوير قدرات ومهارات العاملين في المحطات من خلال اكسابهم مهارات وأساليب وطرق حديثة في كيفية التعامل مع العملاء والزبائن بهدف المساهمة والنهوض بالعمل والارتقاء بمستوى الأداء العام في الشركة وفي خضم خطة الشركة الجاري تنفيذها لتحديث وتطوير المحطات والارتقاء بسلوكيات العاملين فيها بجانب المخاطبة والاسلوب الامثل في التعامل مع المواطنين .
يذكر بأن الدورة من المقرر استمرارها لمدة 5 ايام بواقع 3 ساعات يومياً وتستهدف 20 متدرباً من عمال إدارة المحطات.
