إنقاذ مريض توقف قلبه 30 دقيقة في سعود الطبية

نجح الفريق الطبي في مدينة الملك سعود الطبية- عضو تجمع الرياض الصحي الأول- في إنقاذ حياة مريض سبعيني، بعد توقف قلبه لمدة 30 دقيقة نتيجة ذبحة صدرية حادة.
وكان المريض وصل إلى قسم الطوارئ في حالة حرجة، دون وجود أي مؤشرات للحياة، ليبدأ الفريق الطبي على الفور عمليات الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي، واستخدام الصدمات الكهربائية التي بلغت 12 صدمة، حتى عاد القلب للنبض وسط جهود طبية فائقة، قادها طبيب القلب المناوب الدكتور سلطان المالكي.
وبعد استقرار الحالة، كشفت الفحوصات عن انسدادات شديدة في الشرايين التاجية، مما استدعى تدخلًا جراحيًا طارئًا, وأُجريت للمريض عملية قلب مفتوح ناجحة بقيادة استشاري جراحة القلب الدكتور ناصر الجريد، تضمنت ثلاث توصيلات للشرايين التاجية.
وغادر المريض المستشفى وهو بحالة صحية جيدة، بعد أن تخطى أزمة صحية معقدة، بفضل الله ثم بجهود الفريق الطبي المتكامل.
ويجسد هذا الإنجاز كفاءة الكوادر الصحية في مدينة الملك سعود الطبية، وقدرتها على التعامل مع أدق الحالات الطارئة، تأكيدًا لريادتها في تقديم الرعاية القلبية المتقدمة، ضمن مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 في تعزيز جودة الحياة.
