أكدت وزارة الداخلية تطبيق غرامة مالية تصل إلى (50.000) ريال، والسجن لمدة تصل إلى (ستة أشهر)، والترحيل بحق الوافد الذي يتأخر عن المغادرة عقب انتهاء صلاحية تأشيرة الدخول الممنوحة له. وشددت وزارة الداخلية على أهمية الالتزام بأنظمة وتعليمات الحج والعمرة المرعية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
