تشارك وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية في مؤتمر سلاسل الإمداد والمشتريات 2025 المنعقد في مدينة الدمام، من خلال جناحٍ رئيسي استعرضت خلاله برامجها ومبادراتها لرفع كفاءة سلاسل الإمداد الصناعية، وتعزيز المحتوى المحلي، ومنها برنامج تمويل سلاسل الإمداد.
وأكد وكيل الوزارة للخدمات والامتثال الصناعي الدكتور عبدالرحمن البشر في كلمته خلال افتتاح المؤتمر أن سلاسل الإمداد تُعد إحدى أهم الأعمدة الداعمة للاقتصاد الوطني؛ لما تشكله من حلقة وصل بين الموارد والإنتاج والتوزيع والمستهلكين، ولأثرها المباشر في تعزيز كفاءة العمليات الصناعية والتجارية، وخفض التكاليف، ورفع القدرة التنافسية للمنتجات الوطنية في الأسواق العالمية.
وأشار إلى أن الوزارة عملت على تحليل سلاسل الإمداد الصناعية لأكثر من 12 قطاعًا وما يزيد على 10,000 منتج، بدءًا بالصناعات الغذائية والدوائية إلى الصناعات الثقيلة والمتقدمة، مما ساهم في تحديد العديد من الفجوات، واطلاع المستثمرين على الفرص المتاحة والمنتجات المستهدفة، مما يسهم في بناء منظومة استثمارية صناعية أكثر نضجًا.
ولفت البشر إلى أن الوزارة تُولي أهمية كبرى لتعزيز سلاسل الإمداد المحلية، وأطلقت “برنامج روابط الصناعة”، الذي يُعد برنامجًا محوريًّا يهدف إلى ربط المشتريات الحكومية والمشاريع الكبرى والشركات الوطنية الكبرى بالمصانع المحلية، مبينًا أن البرنامج أسهم في أكثر من 3,000 عملية ربط بين المصانع والمشاريع والشركات؛ بهدف تعزيز المحتوى المحلي وتحقيق التكامل الصناعي ورفع كفاءة سلاسل الإمداد.
يذكر أن مؤتمر سلاسل الإمداد والمشتريات 2025 ينعقد على مدى يومين في مدينة الدمام، بتنظيم من “جمعية سلاسل الإمداد والمشتريات”، ويعد منصة مهمة تجمع الخبراء وصناع القرار، لمناقشة إحدى الممارسات المعزّزة لتكامل سلاسل الإمداد والتحديات والفرص المتاحة.

من جهته أوضح رئيس مجلس إدارة غرفة الشرقية بدر بن سليمان الرزيزاء بأن المنتدى يسعى إلى تسليط الضوء على دور المنطقة الشرقية في تحقيق رؤية السعودية 2030، وتعزيز جاذبية البيئة الاستثمارية في المنطقة الشرقية كعاصمة للصناعة الخليجية، وجذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية للمنطقة الشرقية، وحشد الإمكانات المادية والمعنوية للمساهمة في تسريع التنمية السياحية في المنطقة الشرقية، إضافة إلى إبراز جهود المملكة في تطوير بيئة ممارسة الأعمال والحوافز المقدمة، بمشاركة أصحاب القرار في القطاعات الحكومية والخدمية، والشركات التي تبحث عن الفرص الاستثمارية المتنوعة لتكون مُساهماً فعالاً كأحد روافد التنمية في هذا الوطن، تحقيقاً لرؤية السعودية 2030.

وأشار الرزيزاء إلى أنه انطلاقاً من دور غرفة الشرقية التنموي وتحقيقاً لأهدافها من خلال مُساهمتها اليوم كمنصة تواصل وربط بين القطاعات الحكومية والتنموية، وقطاع الأعمال، وتعزيز الاستثمارات المحلية والأجنبية، وتعزيز الميز النسبية للمنطقة، جاءت فكرة المنتدى لمواصلة الجُهود الرامية من قبل الغرفة، والتي تُعد كممثل لقطاع الأعمال، لتكون مُساهماً أساسياً في التنمية الاقتصادية الوطنية.
