وزير المالية يعلن صرف مرتبات يوليو بالزيادات الجديدة للعاملين بالدولة

أعلن أحمد كجوك وزير المالية، صرف مرتبات شهر يوليو المقبل بالزيادات الجديدة للعاملين بالدولة، موضحًا أن أقل درجة وظيفية ستزيد 1100 جنيه في «إجمالي الأجر» شهريًا.
وقال كجوك، خلال عرض البيان المالي لمشروع الموازنة الجديدة للعام 2025/2026 بمجلس النواب، إن هناك 10% علاوة دورية للمخاطبين بقانون الخدمة المدنية و15% لغير المخاطبين بحد أدنى 150 جنيهًا شهريًا، وزيادة من 600 إلى 700 جنيه تتمثل في حافز إضافي بقيمة مقطوعة لكل العاملين.
وأضاف أنه تم تخصيص 679.1 مليار جنيه للأجور بمشروع الموازنة الجديدة بمعدل نمو سنوي 18.1%، لافتًا إلى توفير المخصصات المالية الكافية لتعيين أكثر من 75 ألف معلم و30 ألف طبيب و10 آلاف بباقي أجهزة الدولة لضمان تحسن الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين
شهدت موازنة السنة المالية الجديدة لمصر 2026/2025، تخصيص 160 مليار جنيه لدعم السلع التموينية بنمو سنوي 19%، و150 مليار جنيه لدعم المواد البترولية والكهرباء، بالإضافة إلى 54 مليار جنيه للإنفاق على الضمان الاجتماعي «تكافل وكرامة».
وأشار وزير المالية، إلى أن الدعم المخصص للأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية بلغ 45 مليار جنيه، ونحو 15.1 مليار جنيه لعلاج المواطنين «محدودي الدخل» على نفقة الدولة.
وأفاد أن الموازنة العامة الجديدة شهدت تخصيص حوالي 27 مليار جنيه نفقات خدمية أخرى تشمل الصرف الصحي والنظافة، و227 مليار جنيه «مساهمات» في صناديق المعاشات.
وأوضح أنه تم تخصيص 13.6 مليار جنيه لدعم الإسكان للمواطنين «محدودي الدخل» بمعدل، إلى جانب 3.5 مليار جنيه لدعم توصيل الغاز الطبيعي للمنازل لزيادة المستفيدين بالمدن والقرى.
وأردف وزير المالية، أنه جري تخصيص 5.2 مليار جنيه للسكة الحديد و1.8 مليار لاشتراكات الطلبة والمترو و2.5 مليار للركاب بالقاهرة والإسكندرية.
واكد «كجوك»، أن الموازنة الجديدة2025/2026 خصصت 742.5 مليار جنيه للحماية الاجتماعية بمشروع الموازنة الجديدة بنمو سنوي 16.8%.
