وزير الاقتصاد والتخطيط: رأس المال البشري يقود الثروات وينميها

أكد وزير الاقتصاد والتخطيط الأستاذ فيصل الإبراهيم أن من أهم القرارات التي تتخذها الدول هي تلك المتعلقة بالاستثمار في الشعوب، مشيرًا إلى أن رأس المال البشري هو المحرك الرئيس للثروات، وهو ما يُسهم في تنميتها واستدامتها، لافتًا النظر إلى أن رؤية المملكة 2030 تمثل نموذجًا للقيادة الجريئة التي وضعت خططًا جوهرية نُفذت بتفاؤل، وأُديرت بحكمة.
جاء ذلك خلال كلمته ضمن أعمال مؤتمر مبادرة القدرات البشرية، المقام في مدينة الرياض على مدى يومين، بمشاركة نخبة من القادة وصنّاع القرار والخبراء من مختلف دول العالم.
وأوضح أن التحديات المرتبطة بتنمية القدرات البشرية لم تعد قضية ثانوية وكان يُنظر إليها في الماضي، بل أصبحت اليوم في صلب التحولات الاقتصادية، مشددًا على أهمية التوجه نحو إعادة التمهير، وتزويد الأفراد بالمهارات الجديدة، بوصفها عناصر أساسية لتحقيق النمو في المرحلة القادمة.
وأشار إلى أن بناء قدرات المؤسسات بالطريقة الصحيحة، إلى جانب الاستثمار في تطوير رأس المال البشري يمثلان عاملين رئيسين لتحقيق النجاح المستدام على المدى البعيد، وهو ما ينبغي التركيز عليه ضمن الجهود الوطنية والدولية.
وفي ختام كلمته، بيّن أن النظام التعليمي في المملكة يشهد تحسنًا مستمرًا في ظل رؤية المملكة 2030، مع تزايد ملحوظ في مشاركة المرأة، مؤكدًا أهمية تعزيز مهارات التفكير النقدي، وأن التحديات التي تواجهها الدول ستتطلب حلولًا مختلفة، داعيًا إلى وضع تنمية القدرات البشرية في صدارة الأولويات، إذ لا يمكن تحقيق العوائد المرجوة من الاستثمار في البنية التحتية أو التقنية دون وجود الكفاءات المؤهلة لقيادتها.
