وزير التعليم: ولي العهد يضع تنمية الإنسان في صدارة أولويات التحوّل الوطني

أكّد معالي وزير التعليم يوسف بن عبدالله البنيان، أنَّ مؤتمر مبادرة تنمية القدرات البشرية، يأتي هذا العام ليواكب مستهدفات برنامج تنمية القدرات البشرية، أحد برامج رؤية المملكة 2030، الذي يحظى بمتابعة ودعم مستمر من صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، وليّ العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء رئيس لجنة برنامج تنمية القدرات البشرية –حفظه الله–، الذي يولي تنمية الإنسان أولوية قصوى في مشاريع التحوّل الوطني.
جاء ذلك خلال كلمته الافتتاحية في مؤتمر مبادرة تنمية القدرات البشرية في نسخته الثانية، الذي تزامن مع إقامة المعرض الدولي للتعليم (EDGEx 2025)، الذي تنظمه وزارة التعليم خلال الفترة من 13 إلى 16 أبريل الجاري، في فندق الريتز كارلتون بالرياض، بمشاركة نخبة من القيادات التعليمية والتربوية، وعدد من صُنّاع السياسات والمهنيين، والجامعات والكليات والمؤسسات المحلية والدولية، إلى جانب كبرى الشركات التقنية والمستثمرين في قطاع التعليم.
وأشار إلى أن نسخة هذا العام من المؤتمر تشهد إضافات نوعية، من بينها تنظيم المعرض العالمي للتعليم بالشراكة مع وزارة التعليم، إضافة إلى عقد جلسة وزارية متخصصة لبحث تأثير الذكاء الاصطناعي على تنمية القدرات البشرية، مما يثري تجربتنا الشاملة ويسهم في تعزيز المشاركة في مجال تنمية القدرات البشرية.
وقال الوزير البنيان: “نجتمع اليوم في لحظة محورية تتميز بالتحديات في ظل إمكانات غير عادية، فعالمنا يتطور بشكل أسرع من أي وقت مضى بفعل القفزات التكنولوجية وتحديات الاستدامة البيئية والتغيرات الديموغرافية، وتبقى وسط هذه التعقيدات القدرات البشرية، والإمكانات اللامحدودة لشعوبنا هي الأساس”.
وأضاف: إن تطوير القدرات البشرية، المهارات الأساسية والمعرفة والقيم، تمكن الأفراد من عيش حياة منتجة، وهي طريقتنا وغايتنا، لتمكين الأجيال من الاستعداد لما بعد الجاهزية للمستقبل، موضحًا أن هذه النسخة من المبادرة تؤكد مسؤوليتنا المشتركة لضمان أن تبقى القدرات البشرية في صميم رؤيتنا المشتركة للنمو الاقتصادي المستدام.
وأوضح وزير التعليم أن الرحلة نحو إطلاق العنان للإمكانات البشرية تبدأ بتحويل طريقة تعاملنا مع تنمية القدرات، ودعم التعلّم المستمر، وتبني أنظمة مرنة تمكن الأفراد من تطوير مهاراتهم باستمرار طوال حياتهم، مشيرًا إلى أن تعقيدات تحديات اليوم تتطلب مستوى غير مسبوق من التعاون بين الحكومات والشركات والمؤسسات التعليمية والمجتمع.
وقال : “مبادرة تنمية القدرات البشرية جزء من رؤية المملكة 2030 التي تهتم بدعم القدرات البشرية، ومن المهم العمل على ثلاثة محاور رئيسة للمؤتمر، وهي تسخير إمكانياتنا لتنمية قدراتنا، وترسيخ قيمنا لتعزيز نمائنا، وتكريس جهودنا لتعظيم أثرنا لمستقبل أفضل”.
