لا تزال ساكنة دوار “إيكوت” التابع لجماعة تمصلوحت بإقليم الحوز تنتظر تفعيل وعد طال انتظاره، ويتعلق الأمر ببناء قسم مخصص للتعليم الأولي، وهو المشروع الذي سبق أن تمت دراسته وبرمجته ضمن مخطط المبادرة الوطنية للتنمية البشرية سنة 2023.
وحسب تصريحات عدد من الساكنة المحليين، فقد تم بالفعل الإعلان عن المشروع ضمن برامج دعم التعليم الأولي التي أطلقتها المبادرة الوطنية للتنمية البشرية، والتي تهدف إلى النهوض بالتعليم في العالم القروي، خصوصاً في مراحله المبكرة.
ويُضطر أطفال الدوار حالياً إلى متابعة دراستهم الأولية داخل بناية ملحقة بالمسجد، تفتقر إلى أبسط شروط التهيئة والراحة، ما يؤثر سلباً على جودة التعليم والظروف التربوية لهؤلاء الأطفال في مرحلة حساسة من مسارهم التعليمي.
وتطالب الساكنة الجهات المعنية، وعلى رأسها السلطات المحلية والمشرفة على برامج المبادرة الوطنية للتنمية البشرية، بتوضيح أسباب هذا التأخر أو الإلغاء، ومساءلة الجهات المسؤولة عن مدى احترام التزاماتها اتجاه الساكنة، خاصة في ما يتعلق بحقوق الأطفال في التعليم والكرامة.
ويأمل السكان أن يتم تدارك الأمر خلال السنة الجارية، عبر إعادة برمجة المشروع وتسريع إجراءات تنفيذه، لضمان انطلاق موسم دراسي جديد في ظروف تليق بأبناء وبنات الدوار .
