تدريب متطور للمعلمين بالفيوم: الذكاء الاصطناعي والتواصل الرقمي في خدمة التعليم

أطلقت مديرية التربية والتعليم برنامجًا تدريبيًا جديدًا يهدف إلى تمكين المعلمين من استخدام المنصة الإلكترونية بكفاءة، وتوظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في إعداد الدروس ورفعها إلكترونيًا، وذلك تحت إشراف إدارة التواصل ودعم المعلمين، وبالتعاون مع مركز التطوير التكنولوجي بالمديرية.
شهد الدكتور خالد خلف قبيصي، وكيل وزارة التربية والتعليم بالفيوم، انطلاق فعاليات البرنامج التدريبي، والذي أقيم بقاعات التدريب بمركز التطوير التكنولوجي بدمو، وقاعة التدريب بمدرسة الشهيد حميدة، بحضور عدد من القيادات التعليمية، بينهم محمد فاروق مدير مركز التطوير التكنولوجي، وحنان بركات مديرة وحدة التواصل ودعم المعلمين.
استهدف البرنامج تدريب 42 معلمًا ومعلمة، بواقع 6 من كل إدارة تعليمية، وذلك ضمن المرحلة الأولى من مبادرة "تواصل لنرتقي"، التي تهدف إلى تحسين جودة التعليم من خلال دعم بيئة رقمية تفاعلية وتسهيل التواصل بين أطراف المنظومة التعليمية.
وكيل تعليم الفيوم يعقد اجتماعًا طارئًا لضبط العملية التعليمية بعد إجازة العيد تعليم الفيوم يكرم الفائزين في مسابقة الرائد العام المثاليوقد تم اختيار المدارس والمعلمين المشاركين في التدريب بناءً على عدة معايير، من بينها الجاهزية التقنية، وجود فرق تعليمية متحمسة، التجارب السابقة في استخدام الأدوات الرقمية، والدعم الإداري الفعال، بالإضافة إلى مراعاة تنوع المدارس والمعلمين لضمان تعميم الاستفادة.
وأكد الدكتور قبيصي أهمية هذا البرنامج في تعزيز التواصل بين المعلمين والطلاب وأولياء الأمور، وتطوير قدرات المعلمين في التعامل مع الأدوات الرقمية والذكاء الاصطناعي، مما ينعكس بشكل مباشر على رفع مستوى الأداء الأكاديمي للطلاب وتحسين جودة التعليم بشكل عام.
واختتم وكيل الوزارة كلمته بالإشادة بالتنظيم الجيد للبرنامج، موجهًا الشكر لفريق العمل المشرف على التدريب، مثمنًا جهودهم المتميزة في إنجاح هذه المبادرة النوعية.
