أمين عام نقابة المعلمين: دربنا 45 ألف معلم لدعم المنظومة التعليمية

أكد ياسر عرفات، الأمين العام للنقابة العامة للمهن التعليمية، أن تعزيز الشراكات بين الحكومات والنقابات التعليمية والمنظمات الدولية يشكل خطوة حيوية نحو تحسين جودة التعليم في الدول العربية.
جاء ذلك خلال جلسات ثانى أيام المؤتمر الدولي للتعليم في مناطق النزاع بالدول العربية الذي يعقد بالقاهرة.
وأعلن عرفات، عن تدريب 45 ألف معلم خلال الفترة الماضية، من خلال التعاون المثمر مع الأكاديمية العسكرية للدراسات العليا والاستراتيجية، والبورد البريطاني، وأديو بوك، مؤكدا أن النقابة تسعى باستمرار لتحسين جودة التعليم ورفع مستوى الكفاءة التعليمية لدى المعلمين.
وأضاف عرفات، أن النقابة اتخذت خطوات استراتيجية بالتعاون مع بنك التعمير والإسكان ومجموعة نقابتي، لتقديم مجموعة واسعة من الخدمات النقابية والمعرفية، والتي تشمل التحول الرقمي والذكاء الاصطناعي، مما يعكس التزام النقابة بتطوير التعليم في العصر الرقمي.
وفي سياق متصل، أشار عرفات إلى أن النقابة بدأت تنفيذ خطة طويلة المدى للشراكة الدولية، حيث تشمل أهم محاورها الانضمام إلى الدولية للتربية، وتم ذلك في 29 يونيو 2024، في العاصمة الأرجنتينية بوينس آيرس، معربا عن تطلعه إلى ما ستسفر عنه هذه الشراكة من فوائد تعود بالنفع على المعلمين والعملية التعليمية بشكل عام.
أوضح "عرفات" أن الثروة البشرية هي أغلى ما تمتلكه الشعوب، وأن الاستثمار في التعليم يعد الركيزة الأساسية لتحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية.
وقال: "إن الدول الطموحة هي التي تضع التعليم على رأس أولوياتها، خاصة في ظل التحديات العالمية السريعة والمتزايدة".
وأضاف عرفات أنه في ظل الثورة المعرفية والتطور التكنولوجي، بات من الضروري تعزيز التعاون الدولي لتجاوز العقبات التي تواجه أنظمة التعليم.
وأشار أمين عام نقابة المعلمين إلى أن العديد من منظمات التنمية الدولية، مثل اليونسكو واليونيسف والبنك الدولي، تعمل جاهدة على إصلاح التعليم وتحقيق الإنصاف والجودة.
وأوضح أن مصر تسعى من خلال التوقيع على الاتفاقيات الدولية إلى تعزيز التعليم وتطويره، مؤكدًا على أهمية دور المنظمات الدولية في تحديد الأهداف والمعايير المشتركة للارتقاء بالتعليم.
واختتم عرفات حديثه بالتأكيد على أن التعاون الدولي في مجال التعليم يجب أن يستمر ويتعزز، مشيدًا بالجهود التي بذلتها الوكالات الدولية في دعم التعليم في مصر، والتي شملت إنشاء مدارس متميزة وتطوير تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات.
وشهد المؤتمر مشاركة واسعة من مختلف الجهات المعنية، حيث تم تبادل الأفكار والخبرات حول كيفية تعزيز الشراكات الفعالة لتحقيق مستقبل تعليمي أفضل للأطفال والشباب في الدول العربية.
