" الإرشادات الطبية أثناء الحمل" محاضرة تثقيف صحي بقصر ثقافة أبوتيج فى أسيوط

في إطار توجيهات الدكتورة نيفين الكيلاني، وزيرة الثقافة، والتعليمات الصادرة من الهيئة العامة لقصور الثقافة برئاسة عمرو بسيوني، وبإشراف إقليم وسط الصعيد الثقافي برئاسة الكاتب محمد نبيل، أقام فرع ثقافة أسيوط برئاسة ضياء مكاوي والدكتور محمد زين، وكيل وزارة الصحة والسكان باسيوط، محاضرة تثقيفية صحية في قصر ثقافة أبوتيج بناءً على التعاون المثمر بين وزارتي الثقافة والصحة.
تحملت الدكتورة مروة عبد الفتاح يونس مهمة تقديم هذه المحاضرة التثقيفية تحت عنوان "الإرشادات الطبية أثناء الحمل" في مقر القصر. وقدمت شرحًا مفصلاً عن فترة الحمل وأهمية المتابعة الدورية للسيدات الحوامل.
وتناولت الدكتورة مروة عوامل الاهتمام الصحي خلال فترة الحمل، حيث نصحت السيدات بضرورة الحفاظ على صحتهن والاعتناء بأنفسهن وبأجسادهن بشكل صحي. كما شددت على أهمية إجراء الفحوصات والمتابعة الدورية لمراقبة حالة الحمل والتأكد من سلامته.
وشملت المحاضرة نصائح طبية عديدة للسيدات الحوامل، من بينها تناول الغذاء المتوازن والغني بالعناصر الغذائية الضرورية لصحة الجنين والأم. كما تطرقت لأهمية ممارسة التمارين الرياضية الخفيفة التي تعزز صحة المرأة وتساعد في تفادي بعض المشاكل الصحية التي قد تظهر خلال فترة الحمل.
وأشارت الدكتورة مروة إلى أهمية استشارة الأطباء المتخصصين والتوجه إلى المراكز الصحية للحصول على الرعاية اللازمة والإجابة على أي استفسارات قد تنشأ لدى السيدات الحوامل.
وختمت المحاضرة بتوجيه دعوة للحضور للمشاركة في المزيد من الفعاليات التثقيفية والصحية التي ستعقدها وزارة الثقافة ووزارة الصحة بالتعاون، بهدف نشر الوعي والمعرفة الصحية بين المجتمع.
