المملكة تنفي ادعاءات الاعتداء على إثيوبيين بالحدود السعودية

نفى مصدر مسؤول الإدعاءات والمزاعم الواردة في تقرير إحدى المنظمات المتعلقة بالاعتداء على مجموعات من الجنسية الإثيوبية أثناء عبور الحدود "السعودية - اليمنية"، مؤكدا أنه لا أساس لها من الصحة وتستند إلى مصادر غير موثوقة.

واستنكر المصدر، إثارة بعض المنظمات الادعاءات الكاذبة عن المملكة وما وصلت إليه من نشر تقارير مُسيسة ومضللة والترويج لها في سياق حملات إعلامية مغرضة، يجري إثارتها بشكل متكرر لأهداف وغايات مشبوهة.

أكد المصدر أنه سبق تقديم الرعاية الطبية اللازمة لمجاميع بشرية تعرضت لإصابات نارية من جماعات مسلحة لدفعها إلى دخول المملكة بالقوة الجبرية عبر الحدود "السعودية - اليمنية".

وشدد المصدر، على التزام جهات إنفاذ القانون في المملكة بمبادئ حقوق الإنسان المنصوص عليها في أنظمتها والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان والقانون الدولي الإنساني، وتقديم الخدمات الإنسانية لمن يجري ضبطهم من مخالفي أمن الحدود، ومعاملتهم وفق أنظمة المملكة والتزاماتها بموجب المعايير الدولية لحقوق الإنسان.

افتقاد المهنية والمصداقية

يفتقر تقرير منظمة "هيومن رايتس ووتش" للمهنية والمصداقية، إذ يتضمن العديد من المغالطات والتجني على المملكة وأجهزتها الأمنية، عبر مزاعم وادعاءات ومغالطات لا أساس لها من الصحة وتستند إلى مصادر غير موثوقة.

تتعامل المملكة مع مخالفي نظام أمن الحدود بما يتوافق مع القانون الدولي الإنساني والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان، وتضمن سلامتهم حتى ترحيلهم لبلادهم، وتجلى ذلك فيما تلقته المملكة من شكر من الحكومة الإثيوبية على تعاونها في إيواء المخالفين من الإثيوبيين وتقديم الرعاية الصحية لهم وتسهيل عودتهم إلى بلادهم.

يؤكد القرار التاريخي للمملكة أثناء أزمة كورونا بتوفير العلاج والأمصال مجاناً لمخالفي أنظمة الحدود رغم عدم التزامهم بالقوانين والأنظمة، على اهتمام قيادتها الرشيدة -حفظها الله- بحفظ حقوق المخالفين وإكرامهم انطلاقاً من واجب ديني وإنساني.

يُغفل تقرير منظمة "هيومن رايتس ووتش" العديد من الأحداث التي سبق أن نشرت المنظمة عنها مثل طرد آلاف المهاجرين الإثيوبيين من شمال اليمن في 2020، ما أدى إلى مقتل العشرات منهم وإجبارهم على النزوح إلى الحدود السعودية.

يفتقر تقرير منظمة "هيومن رايتس ووتش"، للموضوعية حيث يغفل ما يقوم به العديد من مخالفي نظام الحدود، من اعتداءات على قوات حرس الحدود ومواقعه، وتهريب للأسلحة والمتفجرات والمواد المخدرة والمحظورة وغيرها من الجرائم والانتهاكات عبر الحدود الجنوبية للمملكة.

تلتزم المملكة عبر جهات إنفاذ القانون بمبادئ وحقوق الإنسان المنصوص عليها في أنظمتها والقانون الدولي الإنساني، كما تقدم المملكة الخدمات الإنسانية لمن يتم ضبطهم من مخالفي أمن الحدود، ومعاملتهم وفق أنظمة المملكة والتزاماتها بموجب المعايير الدولية لحقوق الإنسان.
