عاجل - ولي العهد يوجه باتخاذ عدد من الاجراءات المرتبطة بأسعار الاراضي والايجارات

بناء على ما تمت دراسته في الهيئة الملكية لمدينة الرياض ومجلس الشؤون الاقتصادية والتنمية فيما يتعلق بالقطاع العقاري، وما تشهده مدينة الرياض من ارتفاع في أسعار الأراضي والإيجارات في السنوات الماضية، وحرصًا على تحقيق التوازن في القطاع العقاري، وبعد صدور الموافقة الكريمة، فقد وجّه صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء - حفظه الله - باتخاذ عدد من الإجراءات في هذا الشأن.

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1600588014572-0'); }); أولاً: رفع الإيقاف عن التصرف بالبيع والشراء والتقسيم والتجزئة، وإصدار رخص البناء واعتماد المخططات للأرض الواقعة شمال مدينة الرياض التي يحدها من الغرب طريق الملك خالد وامتداد طريق الأمير محمد بن سعد بن عبدالعزيز (طريق الخير سابقًا) ومن الجنوب طريق الأمير سعود بن عبدالله بن جلوي، ومن الشمال شارع أسماء بنت مالك، ومن الشرق حي العارض البالغ مساحتها 17 كيلو مترًا مربعًا، والأرض الواقعة شمال طريق الملك سلمان ويحدها من الشرق طريق أبي بكر الصديق وحي العارض ومن الشمال طريق الأمير خالد بن بندر ومن الغرب حي القيروان والبالغ مساحتها 16,2 كيلو مترًا مربعًا وذلك إضافةً للمنطقتين اللتين سبق رفع الإيقاف عنهما مؤخراً والبالغ مساحتهما 48.28 كيلو مترًا مربعًا، بحيث يبلغ إجمالي ما تم رفع الإيقاف عنه في مدينة الرياض مساحة 81.48 كيلو مترًا مربعًا وفقاً للخريطة المرافقة.

ثالثاً: اتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية اللازمة لإصدار التعديلات المقترحة على نظام رسوم الأراضي البيضاء بصورة عاجلة خلال مدة لا تتجاوز (60) يوماً، بما يكفل تعزيز المعروض العقاري.
رابعاً: اتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية اللازمة خلال مدة لاتتجاوز (90) يوماً لضبط العلاقة بين المؤجرين والمستأجرين بما يكفل تحقيق التوازن بين مصالح الأطراف.
