وضع وكيل محافظة حضرموت لشؤون مديريات الوادي والصحراء الاستاذ عامر سعيد العامري اليوم حجر الاساس لمشروعي مستشفى الكويت الصحي بمنطقة شحوح ومستوصف ام سليمان الصحي بمنطقة مدودة مديرية سيئون والذي يأتي بإشراف جمعية الشيخ عبدالله النوري الخيرية بدولة الكويت، وبتنفيذ مؤسسة استجابة للأعمال الانسانية والاغاثية.
وثمن وكيل المحافظة الدعم الكبير الذي تقدمه دولة الكويت حكومةً وشعباً لأشقاهم باليمن وحضرموت على وجه الخصوص وهو امتداد للعلاقة الثابتة بين ابناء اليمن والكويت على مر التاريخ، معرباً عن اعتزاز السلطة المحلية بالشراكة الفاعلة مع مؤسسة استجابة، مشيراً إلى أن هذه المشاريع ستقدم خدماتها الصحية لأكثر من 25000 نسمة بمديرية سيئون.
من جانب آخر أوضح المهندس سالم باوزير مدير مكتب مؤسسة استجابة بحضرموت أن هذه المشاريع تأتي كثمرة جهود مشتركة بين جمعية الشيخ النوري ومؤسسة استجابة للنهوض بالوضع الصحي في بلادنا، مشيراً الى أن مشروع مستشفى الكويت الصحي بمنطقة شحوح عبارة عن مبنى دورين يحتوي غرف طوارئ، وقسم للولادة والوضع، ومختبر متكامل، وصيدلية، إضافة الى عيادات للأطفال وأخرى للباطنية وكذا للتطعيم وعيادات عامة، كما يحتوي المركز غرفة عمليات جراحية مع مرفقاتها وغرفة عناية (خدّج)، ومكاتب ادارية.
ويتكون مستوصف ام سليمان الصحي بمنطقة مدودة من غرفة للطوارئ نساء، وأخرى للرجال، إضافة الى عيادة نساء وولادة، غرفة طبيب مناوب، صالة استقبال، ومختبر، صيدلية.
حضر التدشين مدير عام مكتب الصحة والسكان الدكتور هاني العمودي ومدير عام مديرية سيئون الاستاذ خالد بلفاس ومدير مكتب وزارة الصحة بمديرية سيئون مشهور العيدروس، ومدير وحدة المشاريع الانشائية بمؤسسة استجابة المهندس عماد بامؤمن، وعدد من الوجهاء الشخصيات الاجتماعية بمديرية سيئون
