مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر ينقذ طفلاً عانى من تجمع السائل اللمفاوي بالصدر

شهد مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، إجراء عملية ربط للقناة اللمفاوية بالمنظار، لأول مرة في المنطقة الشرقية، وأنهى التدخل الطبي المتقدم معاناة طفل عمره "18" شهراً، مع تجمع السائل اللمفاوي في التجويف الصدري الأيمن، مسبباً حزمة أعراض حادة، استدعت تنويمه في العناية المركزة للأطفال لمدة شهر.
وقال د. عبدالله الوباري استشاري جراحة الأطفال، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج أن الطفل أسعف إلى المستشفى بسبب عدم القدرة على التنفس، والسعال وتورم القدمين، أدخل العناية المركزة بسرعة، وللتعقيدات التي اتسمت بها حالته، وخضع لفحوصات دقيقة، أبرزها التصوير بالرنين المغناطيسي، والأشعة النووية، إضافة لعدة اختبارات للدم، وأوضحت نتائج الفحوصات أن الطفل يعاني من تسريب كبير في القناة اللمفاوية الرئيسية وخضع لبرنامج علاجي تحفظي بوضع أنبوب تصريف بالصدر وأدوية علاجية خاصة بمثل هذه الحالات، واستمر عليها لمدة شهر كامل، لكن حالة الطفل لم تتحسن، مما استدعى خطة علاجية متقدمة باستخدام تقنية المنظار الجراحي، وتم فيها إغلاق القناة اللمفاوية بدقة واستمرت العملية لنحو "120" دقيقة، وتكللت جهود الفريق الطبي في النهاية ولله الحمد بالنجاح التام، وأعيد الطفل إل العناية المركزة، وبقى فيها تحت المراقبة لمدة أسبوعين، تحسنت خلالها حالته باستمرار مع الرعاية الطبية الحثيثة، وتراجعت حدة الأعراض تدريجياً إلى أن انتهت تماماً، كما أن الفحوصات أظهرت توقف التسريب بشكل كامل.
