3 مرضى في سرير واحد.. عمران يزور مستشفى كساب في السودان

وفي حلقة 2025/3/22 من برنامج "عمران" الذي يقدمه الإعلامي سوار الذهب، استعرضت البرنامج قصة مستشفى كساب، الذي يعد رمزا للتضامن والإصرار في منطقة نائية بالسودان.
وتناولت الحلقة التحديات التي تواجه القطاع الصحي في البلاد، خاصة في ظل الأوضاع الصعبة التي يعيشها السودان بسبب الحرب والأزمات الاقتصادية.
وبدأ مقدم الحلقة الإعلامي سوار الذهب بالحديث عن قصة مستشفى كساب، الذي تم بناؤه بجهود أهالي المنطقة، حيث اقتطعوا من أرزاقهم وأرزاق أطفالهم لإنشاء هذا الصرح الصحي.
وأصبح المستشفى، الذي يخدم أكثر من 200 ألف نسمة، رمزا للتضامن المجتمعي، حيث ساهم الجميع في بنائه من خلال التبرعات والعمل التطوعي.
وتحدث رئيس محكمة كساب الشعبية، الدكتور حسن البكر، للحلقة عن الجهود التي بذلها الأهالي لإنشاء المستشفى، وكيف تنازلوا عن الكثير من أجل خدمة المجتمع.
ورغم الجهود الكبيرة، يواجه المستشفى تحديات جسيمة، حيث إن البنية التحتية للمستشفى آيلة للانهيار، والأدوية والإمدادات الطبية شحيحة.
وأوضح الدكتور البكر أن المستشفى يعاني من نقص حاد في الكوادر الطبية، حيث يعمل طبيب واحد فقط لخدمة آلاف المرضى.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فإن الأمطار الغزيرة في المنطقة تزيد من معاناة المستشفى، إذ تتسرب المياه إلى الغرف وتؤثر على الأجهزة الكهربائية. وبسبب قلة الإمكانيات فإنه بات من الطبيعي أن ترى 3 مرضى على سرير واحد، وأحيانا يلجأ البعض للنوم على الأرض بسبب نقص الأسرة.
إعلانكما أن الأمراض المعدية تنتشر بسرعة بسبب الازدحام وعدم وجود أماكن عزل مناسبة، وتحدث الدكتور البكر عن كيفية تعامل الكوادر الطبية مع هذه التحديات، إذ إنهم يعملون لساعات طويلة من دون كلل، ويقدمون الخدمات الطبية في ظل ظروف صعبة.
وسلط البرنامج الضوء على الدور البطولي للكوادر الطبية، خاصة الدكتور البكر، الذي يبلغ من العمر 84 عاما، ويعمل منذ سنوات في المستشفى.
ورغم الظروف الصعبة، فإن الدكتور البكر وزملاءه يواصلون العمل بروح عالية، ويقدمون الخدمات الطبية للمرضى في أي وقت من اليوم.
وتناول البرنامج تأثير الحرب على القطاع الصحي في السودان، حيث أصبح هناك طبيب واحد لكل 8500 نسمة، بينما المعدل الطبيعي هو طبيب لكل ألف نسمة.
كما أن 70% من المستشفيات في السودان خرجت من الخدمة بسبب الحرب، وهذا زاد من معاناة المواطنين، وبحسب ما أوضح البرنامج فإن أفضل المستشفيات في السودان تعمل بنسبة 25% فقط من طاقتها بسبب نقص الإمدادات الطبية.
