«الكابلات السعودية» تعلن حصولها على الموافقة بتداول أسهمها خارج المنصة

أعلنت شركة الكابلات السعودية أنه بناءً على قرار مجلس الإدارة بتاريخ 08/08/2023 م ومخاطبة المجلس للسوق المالية السعودية (تداول)، بتداول أسهم الشركة خارج المنصة، وعليه تم صدور قرار السوق المالية السعودية (تداول) بتاريخ 23/08/2023 م بالموافقة على تداول أسهم شركة الكابلات السعودية خارج المنصة ابتداء من اليوم الخميس 24/08/2023م.
وأوضحت الشركة في بيان عبر منصة «تداول» أن سبب طلب تداول أسهمها خارج المنصة هو استمرار تعليق تداول أسهمها بسبب تأخر إصدار القوائم المالية للسنة المالية المنتهية في 31/12/2022م والقوائم المالية للربع الأول 2023م والربع الثاني من عام 2023م.
وأشارت إلى أنه سيتم عودة تداول الأسهم بالسوق المالية السعودية (تداول) فور انتفاء سبب التعليق، مؤكدة للعموم أنها تبذل قصارى جهدها لعودة السهم للتداول في أسرع وقت.

كما دشنت السعودية للشحن مسار الرحلات المباشر من لييج في بلجيكا إلى مطار الملك فهد الدولي بالدمام، اعتبارًا من 3 أبريل، مما يرفع إجمالي الرحلات الأسبوعية التي تُسيّرها الشركة من لييج إلى 11 رحلة أسبوعيًا، الأمر الذي يعكس حضورا مميزا للشركة في القارة الأوروبية ويبرز دورها في نقل الشحنات التي تتطلب سرعة في التسليم.
