كوريا الشمالية تفشل مجدداً في وضع قمر تجسس اصطناعي في المدار

أعلنت كوريا الشمالية الخميس فشل محاولتها الثانية في غضون ثلاثة أشهر لإطلاق قمر اصطناعي لأغراض التجسس ووعدت بمحاولة جديدة في تشرين الأول/أكتوبر المقبل.
وأوردت وكالة الأنباء المركزية الكورية الشمالية أن الإدارة الوطنية لتطوير الفضاء في كوريا الشمالية "أجرت ثاني عملية إطلاق لقمر الاستطلاع ماليغيونغ-1 بواسطة الصاروخ الحديث تشوليما-1 في موقع سوهاي لإطلاق الأقمار الاصطناعية في منطقة تشولسان في مقاطعة بيونغان الشمالية".
وأضافت الوكالة الكورية الشمالية "رحلة الصاروخ في المرحلتين الأولى والثانية كانت طبيعية، لكن الإطلاق فشل بسبب خطأ في نظام التشغيل الطارئ خلال المرحلة الثالثة".
وأشارت إلى أن "سبب الحادث ليست مشكلة رئيسية" وستعمد بيونغ يانغ إلى عملية إطلاق ثالثة في تشرين الأول/أكتوبر بعد اتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.

وعقدت الحكومة الكورية الجنوبية اجتماعاً لمجلس الأمن القومي للتنديد بعملية الإطلاق مشدّدة على أن كوريا الشمالية "تبدد مواردها القليلة في استفزازات غير منطقية محملة موظفين ثانويين مسؤولية الوضع الاقتصادي الذي يدفع الشعب إلى المجاعة والموت".
وقال رئيس الوزراء الياباني فوميو كيشيدا "تأكدنا من أن أي قمر لم يوضع في مدار الأرض خلال عملية الإطلاق هذه المرة ونعتبر تالياً أنها فاشلة. لكن تصرفاً كهذا ينتهك قرارات الأمم المتحدة وقد احتججنا بقوة" عليه.
وكان كيشيدا قال في وقت سابق إن الصاروخ مر بالمجال الجوي الياباني فوق أرخبيل أوكيناوا.
وأخطرت بيونغ يانغ خفر السواحل اليابانيين الثلاثاء بأنها تعتزم إطلاق قمر اصطناعي بين 24 و31 آب/أغسطس، ما دفع طوكيو إلى حشد سفن ووضع نظامها الصاروخي الدفاعي باك-3 في حالة تأهب تحسّباً لسقوط الصاروخ على أراضيها.

أفادت وكالة الاستخبارات الكورية الجنوبية لوكالة فرانس برس الثلاثاء، أن الجنود الكوريين الشماليين المتمركزين في منطقة كورسك الروسية لم يشاركوا في أي قتال منذ منتصف يناير، بعد أن زعمت كييف انسحابهم من خط المواجهة لتكبدهم خسائر فادحة.
وقال جهاز الاستخبارات الوطني الكوري الجنوبي "منذ منتصف يناير، يبدو أن الجنود الكوريين الشماليين المنتشرين في منطقة كورسك في روسيا لم يشاركوا في أي قتال".

وقال المتحدث باسم قوات العمليات الخاصة الكولونيل أولكسندر كيندراتنكو إنّه "خلال الأسابيع الثلاثة الماضية، لم نر أو نرصد أيّ نشاط أو مواجهات عسكرية مع الكوريين الشماليين.
