مستشفى ملوي بالمنيا ينجح في إجراء عملية جراحية لسيدة تبلغ 111 عاما

أعلن مستشفى ملوي التخصصي جنوب المنيا، نجاح إجراء عملية لسيدة تبلغ من العمر 111 سنة.
وقال الدكتور أحمد محمد عمر مدير المستشفى، أن أطباء المستشفى نجحوا في إجراء عملية جراحية، لمريضة تبلغ من العمر 111 عاما، تعاني من كسر بمدورى الفخذ وبعد عمل الإشاعات اللازمة، تقرر لها إجراء عملية تثبيت للكسر بواسطة مسمار نخاعي تشابكي لتثبيت كسور عظمة الفخذ، وذلك بعد إجراء التحاليل اللازمة.
وأضاف مدير المستشفى، أن هذا النوع من العمليات لا يتطلب شق جراحي كبير، حيث لا يتعدى طول الجرح حوالي ٢ سم تقريبا ، ويكون التعافي أسرع، وتم إجراء الجراحة بنجاح وخرجت المريضة من العمليات إلى القسم الداخلي، وخروجها بعد ذلك من مستشفى ملوي التخصصي في حالة صحية جيدة لتتم متابعتها بالعيادة الخارجية بالمستشفى.
وقام بإجراء الجراحة الدكتور جرجس يعقوب أخصائي العظام بالمستشفى، ومساعدة الدكتور محمد كمال والدكتور رامي اشرف نواب العظام، بإشراف الدكتور ثروت فكرى رئيس قسم العظام.

الذي قال أن المراجع جاء إلى المستشفى مشتكياً من ضيق في التنفس وآلام بالصدر وارهاق، وعدم القدرة على المشي بشكل طبيعي، وتلقى العلاجات الإسعافية، وأجريت له تصوير تلفزيوني للقلب عن طريق المريء، وأظهرت نتيجته تضيقاً شديد بالصمام الأورطي، وتم استكمال الفحوصات بالأشعة المقطعية Ct- scan للقلب والشرايين الطرفية.
أخبار متعلقة *حملة "خلك حريص" تختتم فعالياتها وتعزز الوعي بمخاطر الاحتيال المالي*صناعة سعودية فاخرة.. ماذا تعرف عن سجاد المسجد الحرام؟وأضاف د. الشهري أن الفريق الطبي درس ملف الحالة، وخلص إلى أن هناك ضرورة لاستبدال الصمام، وبالفعل تم إخضاع المراجع لعملية أجريت عبر تقنية القسطرة القلبية، تحت التخدير الخفيف، وتم الدخول عن طريق الشريان الفخذي الأيمن، واستبدال الصمام المتضيق باستخدام صمام بمقاس "29" مم، ومضت العملية، بسلاسة ووفقاً للخطة العلاجية ودون أية مضاعفات، وانتهت ولله الحمد بالنجاح التام، ونقل المراجع إلى العناية القلبية لمدة "24" ساعة، ثم لجناح التنويم حيث بقى فيه قيد الرعاية الطبية الحثيثة لمد"48" ساعة، إلى أن غادر المستشفى بحالة صحية ونفسية جيدة، على أن يتم معاينته في العيادة القلبية خلال أسبوع لإستكمال العلاج والمتابعة.
