رئيس "حماية المستهلك" يبحث مع محافظ شمال الباطنة مراقبة الأسواق

زار سعادة سليِّم بن علي الحكماني رئيس هيئة حماية المستهلك، الثلاثاء، محافظة شمال الباطنة، حيث التقى بسعادة محمد بن سليمان الكندي محافظ شمال الباطنة.
وتضمن اللقاء مناقشة عدد من المواضيع المتعلقة بحماية المستهلك والجهود المبذولة في مختلف جوانب عمل الهيئة، وذلك استكمالًا لسلسلة الزيارات الميدانية المتواصلة للمحافظات، والتي تهدف إلى متابعة سير العمل، والاطلاع على الجهود المبذولة من قبل كوادر الهيئة، والوقوف على أرض الواقع.
وشهد اللقاء تقديم عرض مرئي من قبل مديرية حماية المستهلك بمحافظة شمال الباطنة، استُعرضت فيه جهود المديرية خلال عام 2024، كما اشتمل العرض على عدة محاور ومنها: التطوير والتحسين، الدور الرقابي والتوعوي، المبادرات المجتمعية، بالإضافة إلى الحملات الرقابية والتوعوية المختلفة، والشراكة والتكامل مع القطاعين العام والخاص، كما تناول العرض الخطط والأهداف وفق رؤية عُمان 2040 ومستهدفاتها، بما يواكب مسارات العمل في محافظة شمال الباطنة.
وتضمَّن العرض أيضًا نظرة عامة على الإحصاءات والمؤشرات المتعلقة بالأسعار، وعدد المخالفات والبلاغات والشكاوى والضبطيات، وغيرها من البيانات المرتبطة بأسواق محافظة شمال الباطنة، كما تم استعراض استعرض الجهود المبذولة لمتابعة النشاط التجاري ومراقبة الأسواق بالتعاون مع الجهات المختصة، إضافةً إلى مناقشة خطة المديرية لعام 2025 وأهدافها في إطار الخطة العامة للهيئة، واستعراض آليات الربط الإلكتروني بين الهيئة ومكاتب أصحاب السعادة المحافظين، بهدف الاطلاع على المعلومات والمؤشرات الإحصائية الخاصة بأعمال الهيئة.

وفي هذا الصدد أكدت أ.رابعة الشميسي أن هذه الاتفاقية ضمن اتفاقيات عديدة قامت بها لجنة البنوك السعودية بهدف تحقيق مستهدفات اللجنة في مجال التوعية والتثقيف وتعزيز الوعي المالي لمختلف الأفراد في عدد من المواضيع المالية, والوصول إلى أكبر شريحة من المجتمع وتقديم هذه الخدمات التوعوية له من خلال الجهات الشريكة.
