رئيس "حماية المستهلك" يستعرض مع محافظ الداخلية خطط الهيئة للعام الجاري

زار سعادة سليّم بن علي بن سليّم الحكماني رئيس هيئة حماية المستهلك، يرافقه عدد من مسؤولي الهيئة، سعادة الشيخ هلال بن سعيد بن حمدان الحجري محافظ محافظة الداخلية؛ وذلك في إطار استكمال سلسلة زياراته الميدانية المتواصلة للمحافظات، والتي تندرج ضمن المبادرة الاتصالية للهيئة، بهدف تعزيز جسور التعاون المشترك والتواصل مع المجتمع الاستهلاكي، ومتابعة سير العمل في إدارات الهيئة ومكاتبها، إضافة إلى الاطلاع على الجهود المبذولة من قبل كوادر الهيئة والوقوف عليها ميدانيًا.
وخلال اللقاء، جرى استعراض مؤشرات الأداء عبر لوحة مؤشرات تفاعلية، تُسهم في متابعة قضايا المحافظة بفعالية، وتقديم رؤية شاملة للمؤشرات الرئيسية، وتعزيز صنع القرار المستند إلى بيانات دقيقة، بما يسهم في تحسين الخدمات، انطلاقًا من حرص الهيئة على تعزيز الشفافية وترسيخ التكامل المؤسسي، والوصول إلى قرارات مشتركة تصب في مصلحة المزود والمستهلك معًا.
وشهد اللقاء استعراض جهود إدارة حماية المستهلك في محافظة الداخلية خلال الأعوام السابقة، وخططها للعام الجاري 2025، إضافة إلى جهود الهيئة واختصاصاتها وإنجازاتها على الصعيدين المحلي والدولي، والصلاحيات الممنوحة لتقسيمات الهيئة في المحافظات.
كما تم خلال اللقاء التعريف بدور الهيئة بما يتماشى مع الأولويات الوطنية لأهداف رؤية "عُمان 2040"، ومواءمة الصلاحيات والاختصاصات؛ بما يتوافق مع تطوير وتنمية المحافظة، ومناقشة دور الهيئة وجهودها خلال المواسم وشهر رمضان الفضيل، وما تقوم به الفرق التفتيشية من رصد ومتابعة لمختلف الظواهر السوقية، ودورها التفاعلي والتكاملي مع مختلف الجهات الحكومية، في سبيل تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة لحماية المستهلك والحفاظ على حقوقه.
وتأتي هذه الزيارة ضمن سلسلة الزيارات الميدانية التي تنفذها الهيئة لكافة إداراتها ومديرياتها في سلطنة عمان، للوقوف عن قرب على ما تقوم به من أعمال لحفظ حقوق المستهلك، إذ تهدف هذه الزيارات إلى الالتقاء بالمستهلكين والمزودين ميدانيًا، والتحاور معهم حول كل ما يتعلق بعمل الهيئة في الأسواق.

وفي هذا الصدد أكدت أ.رابعة الشميسي أن هذه الاتفاقية ضمن اتفاقيات عديدة قامت بها لجنة البنوك السعودية بهدف تحقيق مستهدفات اللجنة في مجال التوعية والتثقيف وتعزيز الوعي المالي لمختلف الأفراد في عدد من المواضيع المالية, والوصول إلى أكبر شريحة من المجتمع وتقديم هذه الخدمات التوعوية له من خلال الجهات الشريكة.
