إنجاز أول مشروع في دبي لإعادة تأهيل المباني باستخدام عقود كفاءة الطاقة

أعلنت شركة الاتحاد لخدمات الطاقة "الاتحاد إسكو"، المملوكة بالكامل لهيئة كهرباء ومياه دبي، اليوم، عن إنجاز أول مشروع في دبي بنتائج مثبتة لإعادة تأهيل المباني باستخدام عقود كفاءة الطاقة.
اختتم المشروع - الذي أُطلق عام 2015 وتضمن العديد من المباني - مرحلة الوفورات المضمونة بنجاح عام 2024، ويُعد علامة فارقة في مسيرة تحول دبي إلى مدينة ذكية خضراء ويقدم نموذجاً مبتكراً لتعزيز كفاءة الطاقة في المباني والمنشآت ويُرسي معايير مرجعية عالمية تُظهر إمكانية خفض التكاليف التشغيلية بشكل كبير عبر تحسين العمليات، تماشياً مع استراتيجية دبي لإدارة الطلب على الطاقة 2050.
تضمن المشروع الرائد تأهيلاً شاملاً لأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية والتكييف والإضاءة وأنظمة المياه وعزل المباني في جميع مرافق الهيئة، بما في ذلك المقر الرئيسي، ومباني الهيئة في الحضيبة، وأم الرمول، والوصل، وبرج نهار، والمباني الإدارية في محطتي G وL.
وتمت إعادة تأهيل شامل لنظام المياه المبردة في المقر الرئيسي للهيئة، بما في ذلك تركيب وحدات تبريد مائية متطورة بنظام مغناطيسي.

وأوضح الدكتور وليد النعيمي، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة الاتحاد إسكو، أن هذا المشروع يُبرز عمق الشراكة بين الجانبين في دفع عجلة الاستدامة.
وقال: "نفخر بدورنا الفاعل في جعل دبي من أكثر المدن استدامة عالمياً، عبر مشاريع رائدة تعزز كفاءة الطاقة وتُحقق وفورات مالية وبيئية طويلة الأمد، ولا تقتصر فوائد المشروع على الوفورات المباشرة، بل تمتد إلى تعزيز البنية التحتية الذكية ورفع معايير الأداء التشغيلي، مما يدعم توجهات دبي لتصبح مركزاً عالمياً للابتكار والكفاءة في استخدام الطاقة".

أجرى مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، عملية نوعية لزراعة حلقات القرنية باستخدام تقنيات الفيمتوليزر المتطورة، وذلك لمراجع يبلغ من العمر 28 عاماً، يعاني من تدهور مستمر في مستويات الرؤية، الأمر الذي أفقده القدرة على أداء مهامه اليومية ومواصلة عمله، وكذلك الصعوبة البالغة في قيادة السيارة. ذكر ذلك الدكتور يوسف الشمري استشاري طب وجراحة العيون، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج .
والذي أضاف بأن المراجع وصل المستشفى يشكو من تعرضه لتدني متواصل في مستويات النظر، على الفور تم إخضاعه لفحوصات إكلينيكية دقيقة بجهاز "Slit Lamp"، وكذلك فحص طبوغرافية القرنية، وقد كشفت النتائج عن إصابته بالقرنية المخروطية، والتي تؤدي إلى ضُعف تدريجي في الرؤية، نتيجة تغير شكل القرنية، موضحاً أن نسبة الإبصار في العين اليمين كانت لا تتعدى 30% باستخدام الأدوات المساعدة مثل النظارات، وبدونها 20% فقط، كما أوضحت النتائج أن نسبة الإنحراف 3 درجات ونصف.

وأكد الدكتور يوسف الشمري أن جهود الفريق الطبي ، تكللت بالنجاح ولله الحمد بدون أية مضاعفات، إذا كشفت النتائج التي أجريت للمراجع خلال الأسبوع الأول من العملية، تحسن ملحوظ في مستوى النظر من 20 إلى 60%، كما أن نسبة الإنحراف بالعين إنخفضت من 3.5 درجة إلى درجة واحدة، وسيحتاج مدة تتراوح ما بين 6 إلى 8 أشهر لتحقيق أعلى درجات التحسن والتي تصل إلى 100% بإذن الله.
