23 ألف عائلة عراقية في مخيمات اقليم كوردستان.. ماذا عن اللبنانيين؟

أفادت وزارة الهجرة والمهجرين، بأن نحو 23 ألف عائلة عراقية لازالت نازحة في مخيمات محافظتي دهوك وأربيل باقليم كوردستان. في 23 من شهر كانون الثاني 2024 أصدر مجلس الوزراء في اجتماعه عدداً من القرارات لتشجيع عودة النازحين داخل المخيمات، بما في ذلك منح أربعة ملايين دينار لكل أسرة، وتوفير فرص عمل، وتوظيفهم في القطاعين العام والخاص، والتنسيق مع حكومة إقليم كوردستان لإعادتهم طواعية إلى مناطقهم، ومنح رواتب شهرية للضمان الاجتماعي لذوي الدخل المحدود والمحتاجين، ومنحهم قروضاً بنكية بدون فوائد.
وقال المتحدث باسم الوزارة علي عباس، إن "الوزارة فتحت الباب لأي شخص نازح يرغب بالعودة الى منطقته، حيث نقوم بتسهيل عملية عودته". وأوضح أن "هنالك عودة من النازحين الى مناطقهم الاصلية، لكنها ضعيفة"، متوقعاً أن "عودة النازحين ستتزايد مع بداية العطلة الصيفية ونهاية السنة الدراسية الحالية". ولفت علي عباس الى أن "عدد العوائل المتبقية في المخيمات بمحافظتي أربيل ودهوك هو نحو 23 ألف عائلة، فيما تم اغلاق مخيمات النازحين في محافظة السليمانية". وسبق أن أفادت وزارة الهجرة والمهجرين العراقية لشبكة رووداو الاعلامية في (8 آذار 2025) بتأخر تعويض النازحين العائدين الى مناطقهم، بسبب عدم توفر الميزانية اللازمة لذلك. عودة غالبية اللبنانيين بخصوص اللبنانيين الذين لجأوا الى العراق خلال المعارك بين حزب الله واسرائيل، بيّن المتحدث باسم الوزارة أن "أغلب اللبنانيين الذين نزحوا الى العراق عادوا الى بلادهم، باستثناء قلة يتركز تواجدهم في محافظات بغداد وكربلاء والنجف". عقب اندلاع المعارك في جنوبي لبنان، أعلنت وزارة الهجرة والمهجرين في استقبال النازحين اللبنانيين على شكل دفعات بناءً على قرار رئيس الوزراء بمنح تأشيرات دخول مجانية للبنانيين وتسهيل دخولهم إلى العراق. رئاسة الوزراء سبق أن شكّلت لجنة الإيواء العليا تضمنت وزارات أمنية وخدمية هيأت مركزاً لاستقبال النازحين من لبنان في منفذ القائم لتوثيق دخولهم رسمياً، من ثم تُقدم لهم الخدمات السريعة ومتطلباتهم الآنية، يليها جرد بياناتهم وتهيئة وسائط نقل ليوزعوا على المحافظات وفقاً لتخطيط اللجنة. آلية استقبال النازحين اللبنانيين واجهت بعض المشاكل في البدء، لغياب الاستعداد الكامل لهذا الملف، مما دفع لجنة الإيواء لتوزيعهم على محافظتي كربلاء والنجف اللتين تمتلكان بنية تحتية مناسبة إذ أنهما تستقبلان عادة عشرات آلاف الزوار سنوياً في المناسبات الدينية.
