حماس تطالب الوسطاء بإلزام الاحتلال بجدول الانسحاب من غزة

طالبت حركة حماس وسطاء اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار في غزة، والمجتمع الدولي بالتدخل لضمان التزام جيش الاحتلال بجدول الانسحاب المتفق عليه، واستئناف مفاوضات المرحلة الثانية “دون تأخير”.
وأدانت حماس في بيان اليوم الاثنين، خرق قوات الاحتلال المستمر لاتفاق وقف إطلاق النار، وعدم الالتزام بجدول الانسحاب المتفق عليه.
وقالت: “لم يلتزم الاحتلال الصهيوني بالخفض التدريجي لقواته في محور صلاح الدين (فيلادلفيا) خلال المرحلة الأولى، ولم يلتزم ببدء الانسحاب منه في اليوم الثاني والأربعين حسب ما ورد في الاتفاق”.
وبينت حماس أنه وفقًا للاتفاق، كان من المقرر اكتمال الانسحاب بحلول اليوم الخمسين للاتفاق، والذي كان يفترض أن يتم يوم 9 مارس/ آذار الجاري، “وهو ما لم يحدث حتى الآن”.
وشددت على عدم الالتزام بجدول الانسحاب يمثل انتهاكاً صارخاً وخرقاً واضحًا للاتفاق ومحاولة مكشوفة لإفشاله وتفريغه من مضمونه.
وأضافت: “استمرار هذه الخروقات يؤكد نهج الاحتلال القائم على عدم احترام الاتفاقيات والتلاعب بالالتزامات الدولية”. وأشارت إلى هذه الانتهاكات تضع الوسطاء أمام مسؤولياتهم في الضغط على الاحتلال للوفاء بتعهداته وإنهاء وجوده في محور صلاح الدين( فيلادلفيا) فورًا.
كما طالبت حماس الوسطاء والمجتمع الدولي بالتدخل الفوري لضمان انسحاب الاحتلال واستئناف مفاوضات المرحلة الثانية دون تأخير.
وأكدت حماس أن الالتزام بالاتفاق واستكمال المفاوضات هو السبيل الوحيد لاستعادة الأسرى، “وأي مماطلة تعني تلاعباً بمصيرهم ومشاعر عائلاتهم”.
وفي 1 مارس/ آذار 2025 انتهت المرحلة الأولى من اتفاق لوقف إطلاق النار الذي بدأ في 19 يناير/ كانون الثاني الماضي، بوساطة قطر ومصر ودعم الولايات المتحدة.
وتنصل رئيس حكومة الاحتلال بنيامين نتنياهو من بدء المرحلة الثانية من الاتفاق، إذ يرغب في إطلاق سراح مزيد من الأسرى الإسرائيليين، دون تنفيذ التزامات هذه المرحلة، ولاسيما إنهاء حرب الإبادة والانسحاب من غزة بشكل كامل.
ويزعم نتنياهو أن حماس ترفض التجاوب مع مقترح أمريكي لوقف إطلاق نار مؤقت خلال شهر رمضان وعيد الفصح اليهودي، مبررا بذلك استخدامه سلاح التجويع المحرم دوليا، بمنع إدخال المساعدات الإنسانية إلى غزة منذ 2 مارس الجاري.

أعلنت الشركة السعودية للكهرباء عن إطلاق المرحلة الثانية من نظام تخزين الطاقة بالبطاريات، تحت إشراف وزارة الطاقة، باستثمارات تتجاوز (6.73) مليارات ، وبقدرة تبلغ (2.5) جيجا واط، وتشمل هذه المرحلة خمسة مشروعات، موزعة في كل من: (الرياض، والقيصومة، والجوف، والدوادمي، ورابغ)، ويأتي طرح مشروعات تخزين الطاقة ضمن البرنامج الوطني للطاقة المتجددة بإشراف وزارة الطاقة لتمكين زيادة نسبة سعات مصادر الطاقة المتجددة في مزيج الطاقة لإنتاج الكهرباء في المملكة إلى نحو (50%) بحلول عام (2030م)؛ مما يسهم -بمشيئة الله- في تعزيز كفاءة استخدام الطاقة، ورفع كفاءة الشبكة الكهربائية وتحسين موثوقيتها، وتحقيق مستهدفات قطاع الطاقة في المملكة.

علمًا أن تنفيذ أنظمة تخزين الطاقة بالبطاريات يتطلب تكاملًا مع الشبكة الوطنية، والامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية، والتقيد بأعلى معايير السلامة والحفاظ على البيئة. وفي هذا الإطار، تعمل الشركة السعودية للكهرباء -بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية- على ضمان نجاح هذا المشروع، وتعزيز مكانتها بوصفها إحدى الركائز الأساسية في مسيرة تحول قطاع الطاقة في المملكة، من خلال تقديم حلول طاقة مبتكرة ومستدامة لمستقبل أكثر كفاءة وموثوقية.
ويعكس هذا المشروع التزام المملكة بأهداف رؤية السعودية 2030، من خلال تمكين التكامل الفعّال بين الشبكة الوطنية ومصادر الطاقة المتجددة، وتقليل الاعتماد على محطات التوليد التقليدية، وتحسين كفاءة توزيع الطاقة عبر مختلف مناطق المملكة، مما يضمن استمرارية الإمداد الكهربائي بأعلى مستويات الكفاءة والاعتمادية.
والجدير بالذكر أن أنظمة تخزين الطاقة بالبطاريات تُعدّ من الحلول المتطورة التي تؤدي دورًا حيويًا في استقرار الشبكة الكهربائية، والحد من مخاطر الانقطاعات، ورفع كفاءة استهلاك الطاقة، حيث تتميز بإمكانية الانتقال من وضع الاستعداد إلى التشغيل الكامل في غضون أجزاء من الثانية؛ مما يوفر استجابة سريعة لتغيرات الشبكة، ويعزز قدرة النظام الكهربائي على مواجهة التحديات.
