مركز (إثراء) يحصل على شهادة "مستدام" الماسية كأول مشروع قائم في المملكة

حصل مركز الملك عبد العزيز الثقافي العالمي (إثراء)، على شهادة "مستدام" المرموقة من المستوى الماسي والتي تعد معيارًا هامًا يقيس الأثر البيئي والاجتماعي للمشاريع، ويشجع على الالتزام بالاستدامة البيئية ورفع كفاءة استهلاك الطاقة والمياه، وتحسين الأداء البيئي، وإدارة الموارد وتقليل البصمة الكربونية، وذلك بعد أن استوفى جميع متطلبات الاعتماد كأول مشروع يحصل على شهادة "مستدام" للمشاريع القائمة على مستوى المملكة.

وتعكس شهادة "مستدام" التي ظفر بها المركز التزامه بالاستدامة والممارسات الصديقة للبيئة، بما في ذلك كفاءة استهلاك الطاقة والمياه في العمليات التشغيلية، وتحسين إدارة النفايات، ووسائل النقل الصديقة للبيئة، وتعزيز صحة وراحة المستخدمين، بالإضافة إلى تثقيف وزيادة وعي المجتمع.
يشار إلى أن شهادة "مستدام" الماسية هي أعلى مستوى في برنامج تصنيف "مستدام"، حيث تُمنح للمشاريع القائمة وفق أعلى المعايير البيئية وتعكس القيم المحلية.
الجدير بالذكر أن "تقييم الاستدامة" خدمة رائدة أطلقها برنامج "البناء المستدام" تحت مظلة وزارة البلديات والإسكان، وتقدّم نظام تصنيف واعتماد شامل مخصص لمعالجة تحديات الاستدامة التي تواجه المباني السكنية والتجارية والمجتمعات لمرحلتي التصميم والإنشاء أو التشغيل والصيانة، و بناءً على عدد النقاط التي تم استيفاؤها من معايير الاستدامة يتم تقييم إلى خمس مستويات، تبدأ من المستوى الأخضر وتصل إلى المستوى الماسي، وصُممت معايير "تقييم الاستدامة" لتتناسب مع المناخ والخصائص البيئية المحلية في المملكة، إذ تركز على مجالات مثل الطاقة والمياه والصحة وجودة الحياة، بما يتماشى مع أهداف رؤية السعودية 2030م.
