75 ألف معلم و30 ألف طبيب.. تعيينات مرتقبة في الجهاز الإداري للدولة| تفاصيل

أعلن الجهاز المركزي للتنظيم والادارة عن وظائف جديدة تشمل نحو 75 ألف معلم في تخصصات مختلفة.
في إطار تنفيذ توجيهات السيد الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي، بتلبية احتياجات الوزارة وتعيين 150 ألف معلم مساعد.
وظائف جديدةوكشف أحمد كوجك وزير المالية توفير المخصصات المالية الكافية لضمان القدرة على تعيين أكثر من 75 ألف معلم و30 ألف طبيب و10 آلاف بباقي أجهزة الدولة.
كشف الجهاز المركزي للتنظيم والإدارة عن حاجة وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني للتعاقد مع عدد (25217) في وظيفة معلم مساعد مادة اللغة العربية وفقاً للإدارات التعليمية بالمحافظات المذكورة على صفحة بوابة الوظائف الحكومية، وذلك وفقاً لأحكام قانون الخدمة المدنية الصادر بالقانون رقم (81) لسنة 2016 ولائحته التنفيذية.
وأوضح الجهاز أنه تم نشر الإعلان على موقع بوابة الوظائف الحكومية، ومن المقرر فتح باب التقديم في المسابقة اعتباراً من 14 مارس 2025 حتى 27 مارس 2025 على موقع بوابة الوظائف الحكومية
https://jobs.caoa.gov.eg، ويمكن للراغبين في التقديم الاطلاع على الشروط التي يتعين توافرها في المتقدم، والمستندات المطلوبة على موقع بوابة الوظائف الحكومية.
٥٥٠٠ وظيفة معلم مساعد مادتي العلوم والدراسات الاجتماعية

وتعتمد المفاضلة النهائية بين المرشحين على ضوابط وشروط شغل الوظائف التعليمية التي تتضمن: المعدل التراكمي (10%)، وأقدمية التخرّج (10%)، ودرجة اختبار الرخصة المهنية للعام (30%)، ودرجة اختبار الرخصة المهنية للتخصص (50%).
ويأتي إعلان التقديم على الوظائف التعليمية بنظام التعاقد المكاني مرتبطًا بالتوجهات المستقبلية لوزارة التعليم، وجزءًا من التحول في المنظومة التعليمية لاستقطاب الكوادر التعليمية المؤهلة، وفق ضوابط واشتراطات تحقق الكفاءة والمهنية، وتسهم في تحسين نواتج التعلم، وتعزيز جودة التعليم، إذ تتطلب التميّز المهني وتحقيق أعلى المعايير بتطبيق أدوات قياس معيارية تتيح اختيار الأكفاء من النواحي العملية والنظرية والتطبيقية، إلى جانب التأهيل المهني من خلال البرامج والدورات الملزمة التي ينفذها المعهد الوطني للتطوير المهني التعليمي وصولًا إلى "تمهين التعليم" بإيجاد معلم مؤهل حاصل على الرخصة المهنية لمزاولة مهنة التعليم.
