السعودية.. تعاون بين المياه الوطنية وإنفاذ لتسهيل آلية تحصيل مديونيات العقارات

الرياض – مباشر: وقعت شركة المياه الوطنية، ومركز الإسناد والتصفية (إنفاذ)، مذكرة تعاون تهدف إلى التعاون، وبناء علاقة تكاملية تقوم على مبدأ تعزيز حوكمة تبادل البيانات لاستفادة الطرفين منها في تحقيق المصلحة المشتركة، والتكامل الاستراتيجي وفق أعلى درجات الالتزام، فضلاً عن بيان الأحكام والشروط والضوابط المرتبطة، وتزويد الطرفين بالمعلومات والخدمات المطلوبة للوصول إلى البيانات الأساسية المعتمدة.
ووقع المذكرة كل من الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة المياه الوطنية، نمر بن محمد الشبل، والرئيس التنفيذي لمركز الإسناد والتصفية، حسين بن يحيى الحربي؛ وفقاً لوكالة الأنباء السعودية "واس".
وأوضح الرئيس التنفيذي لـ "إنفاذ"، أن مذكرة التعاون تهدف إلى تسهيل آلية تحصيل مديونيات العقارات الصادر بحقها أمر التسوية، والإسهام في تحديث بيانات ملكية الحسابات لدى شركة المياه الوطنية، وتحقيق التكامل في تقديم الخدمات مع الجهات ذات العلاقة.
وبين الحربي، أنه سيتم من خلال هذه المذكرة تمكين الوصول للبيانات الأساسية المعتمدة وفق ما يحتاجه الطرفان لاستخدامها في مراجعة خطط التنمية والبرامج ذات الصلة بمهام وأعمال كل طرف؛ وذلك وفق السياسة المطبقة لشركة المياه الوطنية، و(إنفاذ)، علاوة على مشاركة البيانات وفق ما يملكانه من صلاحيات وحقوق ملكيتها، أو من المصادر الأخرى.
ومن جانبه، قال الشبل، إن مشروع الربط بين الشركة و(إنفاذ) يقوم على تمكين ممثل المركز من الاستعلام عن المديونيات المتعلقة بفواتير المياه، وطلبات إصدار فواتير التصفية، وإشعارات نقل الملكية؛ وذلك للعقارات الموكل إلى المركز تصفيتها من قبل الجهات القضائية.
وأفاد الشبل، أن المذكرة تأتي امتداداً لتعاون الجهات الحكومية، وتزويدها بالبيانات التي تطلبها، بما يخدم رفع كفاءة وفاعلية تبادل البيانات المطلوبة، وذلك بموجب الأنظمة والقرارات ذات العلاقة، وتأكيد حرص الطرفين على تعزيز التعاون بينهما بتوقيع هذه المذكرة التي تتضمن تفاصيل التعاون في هذا المجال.
