مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر ينقذ طفلاً عمره "15" دقيقة من عيب خلقي نادر

شهد مستشفى سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، نجاح إجراء جراحة معقدة عن طريق فريق مختص في جراحة الاطفال، لطفل ولد بتشوه خلقي نادر Gastroschesis""، تمثل في فتحة بجدار البطن، مع وجود جزء من المعدة والاثنى عشر والأمعاء الدقيقة وجزء كبير من الأمعاء الغليظة خارج البطن، ونقل الطفل إلى غرفة العمليات بعد "15" دقيقة فقط من ولادته.

وقالت الدكتورة د. فاطمة المبيوق استشارية جراحة أطفال، رئيسة الفريق الجراحي المعالج، أن حالة الطفل شخصت أثناء الحمل، وقد كان فريق جراحة الأطفال وفريق عناية الخدج في الانتظار بغرفة الولادة، حيث تم إسعاف الطفل مباشرة بعد ولادته وفحص العيب الخلقي، ومن ثم نقل إلى غرفة العمليات، واخضع لعملية استمرت نحو "90" دقيقة، تم فيها إرجاع الأعضاء الخارجية إلى البطن، بعد غسيل الأمعاء وشفط سوائل المعدة، كما جرى ترميم فتحة البطن الكبيرة بالنسبة لحجم الطفل والتي بلغت "5×5" سم، باستخدام تقنية فصل عضلات البطن الدقيقة بنجاح، بالرغم من صعوبة استخدام هذه التقنية في العمليات الخاصة بالمواليد، علماً بأن وزن المريض لم يتجاوز "2" كيلو جرام.

وقالت د. فاطمة : بنهاية العملية التي مضت وفقاً للخطة العلاجية ولله الحمد، نقل الطفل إلى العناية المركزة للمواليد NICU، ووضع على التنفس الاصطناعي، مع المداومة على الأدوية المرخية للعضلات، وذلك من أجل المساعدة على خفض الضغط على الأعضاء الخارجية المعادة إلى البطن، وبعد "5" أيام من العملية تمت إزالة التنفس الاصطناعي .

وعن حالة المريض بعد العملية، أوضحت الدكتورة فاطمة أن المريض الآن في حالة تحسن مستمر، حيث استعاد وظيفة الأمعاء والجهاز الهضمي خلال فترة قصيرة .

ووصفت د. فاطمة العملية بالنادرة والدقيقة، مضيفة أن الفريق الطبي الجراحي تعامل مع الحالة باحترافية عالية، إذ تمكن من إعادة أعضاء إلى موضعها الطبيعي بسرعة قياسية، الأمر الذي حافظ على ترويتها، وحال دون تورمها، وأسهم أيضاً في سرعة تشافي المريض.
