أعلنت وزارة التعليم عن فتح التقديم على (10,494) وظيفة تعليمية بنظام التعاقد المكاني في جميع الإدارات العامة للتعليم، للعام الدراسي 1447هـ، من خلال المنصة الوطنية الموحدة للتوظيف “جدارات”.
وأوضحت الإدارات العامة للتعليم:
- الرياض.
- مكة المكرمة.
- المدينة المنورة.
- القصيم.
- الحدود الشمالية.
التخصصات: - الإدارة. - الحاسب الآلي. - اللغة الإنجليزية. - اللغة العربية. - الأحياء. - التربية الإسلامية. - صعوبات التعلم. - العلوم. - التربية الفكرية. - التوحد. - التربية البدنية. - الرياضيات. - الفيزياء. - الكيمياء.
المفاضلة:
- تعتمد المفاضلة النهائية بين المرشحين على ضوابط وشروط شغل الوظائف التعليمية التي تتضمن:
1- المعدل التراكمي (10%).
2- أقدمية التخرّج (10%).
3- درجة اختبار الرخصة المهنية للعام (30%).
4- درجة اختبار الرخصة المهنية للتخصص (50%).
إعلان الترشيح المبدئي:
- الأحد 1446/09/23هـ (2025/03/23م).
المقابلات الشخصية ومطابقة الوثائق:
- الثلاثاء 1446/11/01هـ (2025/04/29م) في مقرات إدارات التعليم العامة التي تم الترشيح عليها.
إعلان نتائج الترشيح النهائي:
- الأحد 1447/02/02هـ (2025/07/27م).
فترة التقديم (رجال):
- يبدأ التقديم يوم الجمعة بتاريخ 1446/09/07هـ الموافق 2025/03/07م وينتهي التقديم يوم الأربعاء بتاريخ 1446/09/12هـ الموافق 2025/03/12م.
فترة التقديم (نساء):
- يبدأ التقديم يوم الجمعة بتاريخ 1446/09/14هـ الموافق 2025/03/14م وينتهي التقديم يوم الأربعاء بتاريخ 1446/09/19هـ الموافق 2025/03/19م.

أعلنت وزارة التعليم فتح التقديم على (10,494) وظيفة تعليمية بنظام التعاقد المكاني في جميع الإدارات العامة للتعليم، للعام الدراسي 1447هـ، من خلال المنصة الوطنية الموحدة للتوظيف "جدارات"، وذلك لجميع الخريجين ووفق تخصصات محددة لسد الاحتياج.
ويبدأ التقديم على الوظائف التعليمية اعتبارًا من يوم الجمعة 07 رمضان 1446هـ الموافق 07 مارس 2025م، للمتقدمين وينتهي بنهاية يوم الأربعاء 12 رمضان 1446 هـ الموافق 12 مـارس 2025، وللمتقدمات يوم الجمعة بتاريخ 14 رمضان 1446هـ الموافق 14مارس 2025م، وينتهي بنهاية يوم الأربعاء 19 رمضان 1446هـ الموافق 19 مارس 2025م، وذلك وفقًا للائحة التنفيذية للموارد البشرية في الخدمة المدنية.

وتعتمد المفاضلة النهائية بين المرشحين على ضوابط وشروط شغل الوظائف التعليمية التي تتضمن: المعدل التراكمي (10%)، وأقدمية التخرّج (10%)، ودرجة اختبار الرخصة المهنية للعام (30%)، ودرجة اختبار الرخصة المهنية للتخصص (50%).
ويأتي إعلان التقديم على الوظائف التعليمية بنظام التعاقد المكاني مرتبطًا بالتوجهات المستقبلية لوزارة التعليم، وجزءًا من التحول في المنظومة التعليمية لاستقطاب الكوادر التعليمية المؤهلة، وفق ضوابط واشتراطات تحقق الكفاءة والمهنية، وتسهم في تحسين نواتج التعلم، وتعزيز جودة التعليم، إذ تتطلب التميّز المهني وتحقيق أعلى المعايير بتطبيق أدوات قياس معيارية تتيح اختيار الأكفاء من النواحي العملية والنظرية والتطبيقية، إلى جانب التأهيل المهني من خلال البرامج والدورات الملزمة التي ينفذها المعهد الوطني للتطوير المهني التعليمي وصولًا إلى "تمهين التعليم" بإيجاد معلم مؤهل حاصل على الرخصة المهنية لمزاولة مهنة التعليم.
