وزارة العمل تنظم جولة ميدانية لتعزيز علاقات العمل في الإسماعيلية

نظمت مديرية العمل بمحافظة الإسماعيلية ، جولة ميدانية لشركة البتراء للملابس الجاهزة بالمنطقة الحرة والتى يعمل بها 560 عامل ،وذلك فى إطار سلسلة الزيارات التي بدأتها المديرية لمنشآت القطاع الخاص والاستثماري بالمحافظة للاطمئنان على تطبيق الحد الأدنى للأجور ، وإجراءات السلامة والصحة المهنية ،وحماية ورعاية العمال ، تنفيذاً لتوجيهات وزير العمل حسن شحاتة بالتواجد المستمر بين العمال في مختلف قطاعات العمل بالمحافظات ، وتعزيز علاقات العمل مع أصحاب الأعمال ،والتأكد من تطبيق أحكام قانون العمل لحفظ حقوق طرفي العملية الإنتاجية وتوفير مناخ عمل آمن .
وأوضحت وزارة العمل فى بيان لها ، أنها تلقت تقريراً من محمد طلعت مدير مديرية العمل بالإسماعيلية ، أفاد فيه أنه قام بزيارة تفقدية لشركة البتراء للملابس الجاهزة بالمنطقة الحرة ، رافقه خلالها سامية عبد السلام مدير إدارة تفتيش عمل الأحياء ، وحمدى النجار مفتش عمل الأحياء ، وإبراهيم حلمي مدير إدارة العلاقات العامة ، واستقبله محمد شاهد مدير عام المصنع ، وعبير محمد مدير الموارد البشرية ،وقال أن المصنع على مساحة 5400 متر يعمل منذ عام 2008 ، يعمل به 500 عامل مصري ، و 60 أجنبياً ، من الإستثمارات الباكستانية ، كما تم التأكد من استيفاء نسبة الـ 5% من إجمالي عماله من ذوي الهمم ودمجهم في سوق العمل ،و التأكد من التزام المصنع بتطبيق الحد الأدنى للأجور وكافة إجراءات واشتراطات السلامة والصحة المهنية لحماية العمال والمنشآت والمترددين عليها ..
وأضاف مدير المديرية ، استمرار المديرية فى زياراتها لمواقع العمل المختلفة لحماية ورعاية العمالة والحفاظ على حقوقها التي شرعها لهم القانون ، وتعزيز علاقتهم بأصحاب الأعمال ، كما تعمل على تكثيف التوعية والتثقيف حول أحكام القانون داخل المنشآت المختلفة في مجالات المساواة بين الجنسين ، والسلامة والصحة المهنية ، وعلاقات العمل ، للتعرف على القنوات المشروعة القانونية للمطالبة بحقوقهم حال حدوث أي عقبات أو مشكلات تواجه عملية الإنتاج لضمان استمرارها لدفع الاقتصاد القومى وتحقيق رؤية مصر 2030 للتنمية المستدامة .

وبهذه المناسبة؛ أعرب معالي وزير الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية المهندس أحمد بن سليمان الراجحي، عن بالغ شكره وامتنانه لهذه الرعاية الكريمة التي سيكون لها الأثر الإيجابي في دعم جهود المملكة في تعزيز الممارسات الحديثة لأسواق العمل، وفق أفضل المعايير العالمية، مؤكدًا أهمية هذه النسخة لتأسيس منظومة حوار عالمية لمناقشة الفرص والتحديات، وابتكار حلول استراتيجية تصوغ مستقبل سوق العمل وفق المستهدفات الطموحة لرؤية المملكة 2030.

ويهدف المؤتمر الذي يشارك فيه ما يزيد على 40 وزيرًا للعمل من مختلف دول العالم، إلى قيادة الحوار العالمي حول مستقبل أسواق العمل، من خلال سلسلة من الجلسات الحوارية، وورش العمل التي تجمع نخبة من الخبراء والمسؤولين والقادة من القطاع الحكومي والخاص بمشاركة أكثر من 200 متحدث يمثلون 50 دولة؛ لتبادل الأفكار والخبرات وتعزيز التعاون لدفع التغيير الإيجابي في ممارسات العمل، كما يسعى المؤتمر أيضًا إلى سد الفجوات
داخل أسواق العمل، للوصول إلى رؤى عملية تمكن أصحاب المصلحة من الاستجابة إلى التحديات التي يواجهها سوق العمل، وتوفير حلول مبتكرة تجذب أفضل المواهب، وتقدم معايير عالمية للتميز في سوق العمل، على الصعيدين المحلي والعالمي.
