ولقد بدأ الاجتماع بكلمات افتتاحيه تطرقت لمآثر مؤسس المؤسسة المغفور له صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن فهد بن عبدالعزيز وأعماله الجليلة والاثار التي تركتها هذه الاعمال على المستفيدين منها .. حيث أكد الأعضاء التزامهم بالسير على نهج المغفور له في دعم العمل الإنساني والخيري والتي ستظل شاهده على البذل والعطاء لخدمة الإنسانية .. وستستمر المؤسسة في العطاء بجهود أبناءه البررة .. كما أستذكر الأعضاء جهود المغفور له وبصماته مع كل مبادرة أطلقتها المؤسسة سواء على المستوى المحلي و العالمي.
ثم القى رئيس الجلسة صاحب السمو الأمير جلوي بن عبدالعزيز بن مساعد كلمة أشاد بدعم خادم الحرمين الشريفين وسمو ولي عهده الأمين –حفظهما الله – للعمل الخيري والإنساني. كما استعرض سموه مآثر الفقيد وأعماله الجليلة ومواقفه مع كل من تعامل معه مشيداً بدور أبناءه البررة للسير على نفس النهج.
بعد ذلك بدأ المجلس بالنظر في جدول أعمال واتخاذ القرارات اللازمة بشأنها .. ومن أهم ما جاء فيها اختيار صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير تركي بن محمد بن فهد بن عبدالعزيز رئيس لمجلس أمناء المؤسسة.
كما أطلع المجلس على المبادرات التي ستنفذها المؤسسة خلال شهر رمضان المبارك لهذا العام وهي على النحو التالي: رحلة عمرة للفقراء والمحتاجين، إفطار صائم بمكة والمدينة من المحتاجين الصائمين، السلال الغذائية، سقيا الماء بمكة والمدينة المنورة، ووقف مصاحف في الحرم المكي والمدني.
كما ناقش الاجتماع التوجهات الاستراتيجية المستقبلية للمؤسسة والتي أستعرضها سمو رئيس المجلس في ظل المعطيات المحلية والتطورات الذي تشهدها أعمال المؤسسة إذ تسعى المؤسسة على تنويع مصادر دخلها بهدف تنمية أوقافها وزيادة الصرف على الاعمال الخيرية المباشرة مع التأكيد على مسارين في أعمال المؤسسة المسار الاستثماري والعمل الخيري .. كما تطرق سموه إلى ضرورة تفعيل دور المجلس الاستشاري النسوي والتعاون والاستفادة من التجارب والممارسات المحلية.

أوضحت وزارة البلديات والإسكان آلية منح المكافأة المالية التشجيعية لمن يساهم في الكشف عن مخالفات لائحة الجزاءات عن المخالفات البلدية، وذلك ضمن إطار تنظيمي متكامل يهدف إلى تمكين القطاع البلدي وتعزيز الرقابة المجتمعية وتحسين المشهد الحضري في المدن السعودية.
وبينت الوزارة أن هذه الخطوة تأتي امتدادًا لجهودها في إشراك أفراد المجتمع في رصد المخالفات البلدية، لاسيما عناصر التشوه البصري، من خلال مبادرة الراصد المعتمد التي تُعد إحدى الأدوات الرقابية المبتكرة المعتمدة على التقنيات الرقمية، بما يساهم في رفع جودة الحياة وتحسين البيئة العمرانية، مبينةً أن القرار يرتكز على تأهيل أفراد المجتمع وتدريبهم للحصول على صفة ”راصد معتمد“، وذلك بالتسجيل عن طريق منصة ”بلدي“ وبعد اجتيازهم دورة تدريبية معتمدة ووفق ضوابط محددة.
أخبار متعلقة «الشؤون الإسلامية» تدمج الذكاء الاصطناعي والإرشاد المباشر لخدمة المعتمرينعبر ”نما“ و”الوطنية للخدمات“.. آليات جديدة لضبط أسواق الخضار بجدةوأكدت أن البلاغات تخضع لمعايير دقيقة تضمن صحة المعلومات الواردة على المخالفات، من ضمنها أن تكون موثقة بصور واضحة ومواقع جغرافية دقيقة ومعلومات كاملة ليتم اعتمادها رسميًا، مشيرة إلى أنه سيتم صرف مكافآت مالية للمبلغين وفقًا لخطورة المخالفة وصعوبة اكتشافها والجهد المبذول، حيث يمكن أن تصل المكافأة إلى 25% من إجمالي قيمة المخالفة المرصودة، ضمن منظومة حوكمة دقيقة تضمن الشفافية وتمنع تكرار البلاغات أو ازدواجيتها.
وأضافت الوزارة أن ”الراصد المعتمد“ يُعد امتدادًا لنموذج الرقابة المجتمعية الذي تتبناه الوزارة، بهدف تعزيز المشاركة المجتمعية وترسيخ ثقافة الامتثال والمسؤولية المشتركة في حماية المشهد الحضري والسلامة العامة من الممارسات العشوائية والمخالفات البلدية، مشيرة إلى أن القرار جاء لتمكين المجتمع من الإسهام الفاعل في حماية البيئة الحضرية، ودعم مستهدفات الوزارة نحو مدن أكثر تنظيمًا وجاذبية، وقطاع بلدي أكثر كفاءة وشمولًا.
