أُعلن اليوم عن افتتاح 5 وجهات من مشروع المسار الرياضي في الرياض، حيث ستكون متاحة للجميع مجانًا دون الحاجة لحجز مسبق، مما يتيح للزوار الاستمتاع بالمرافق الرياضية والترفيهية بكل سهولة.
وأكدت الجهات المعنية أنه سيتم ضمان سلامة وأمن المرافق والزوار عبر مراقبتها على مدار 24 ساعة باستخدام كاميرات مراقبة متطورة، بالإضافة إلى دوريات أمنية ميدانية لضمان بيئة آمنة ومريحة للجميع.
يُذكر أن المشروع شهد في وقت سابق افتتاح نفق طريق الأمير تركي بن عبدالعزيز الأول، بهدف تحسين انسيابية الحركة المرورية ورفع جودة التنقل في مدينة الرياض. كما تستمر الأعمال الإنشائية في بقية وجهات المشروع، بما في ذلك المرحلة المتبقية بعد وجهة البرومينيد، ووجهة الوادي، ونفق طريق الملك عبدالعزيز، ونفق طريق أبي بكر الصديق، وفق الخطة المعتمدة لتنفيذ المشروع.
