برنامج توعوي يبرز جهود حماية الطفل بجنوب الشرقية

تواصل المديرية العامة للتنمية الاجتماعية بمحافظة جنوب الشرقية ممثلة بدائرة التنمية الأسرية تنظيم حملة توعوية بحقوق الطفل وحمايته من الإساءة خلال الفترة من ٢٤ إلى ٢٧ فبراير الحالي بالتعاون مع عدة جهات حكومية ودوائر التنمية الاجتماعية بولايات محافظة جنوب الشرقية، وبدعم من الشركة العُمانية للغاز الطبيعي المسال.
يستهدف برنامج الحملة طلبة المدارس بمحافظة جنوب الشرقية وموظفي الجهات الحكومية وأفراد المجتمع، ففي ولاية جعلان بني بوعلي أقيمت الحملة التوعوية بقاعة المحاضرات بجمعية المرأة العمانية بولاية جعلان بني بوعلي برعاية عامر بن سعيد السنيدي عضو المجلس البلدي بمحافظة جنوب الشرقية ممثل ولاية جعلان بني بوعلي وبحضور راشد بن حمد المسروري مدير دائرة التنمية الاجتماعية بجعلان بني بوعلي.
تضمن برنامج الحملة التوعوية عدة أوراق عمل بدأها سالم بن حمد الساعدي الذي قدّم ورقة المديرية العامة للتنمية الاجتماعية بمحافظة جنوب الشرقية بعنوان حماية الطفل من الإساءة، ثم حملت الورقة الثانية عنوان حقوق الطفل التعليمية قدّمها صالح بن ناصر الغنبوصي من المديرية العامة للتربية والتعليم بمحافظة جنوب الشرقية، تلتها ورقة عمل عن حقوق الطفل الصحية وعرضها الدكتور عمر بن أحمد السنيدي من المديرية العامة للخدمات الصحية بمحافظة جنوب الشرقية، فيما كانت ورقة شرطة عُمان السلطانية عن موضوع الابتزاز الإلكتروني قدّمها الوكيل أول عبدالله بن سعيد المدهوشي، ثم تناول الدكتور سند بن سيف السنيدي ورقة الادعاء العام عن قانون الطفل.

وأكد الرئيس التنفيذي لـ "بر الشرقية" المهندس/ إبراهيم بن محمد أبو عباة أن البرنامج والذي أُطْلِق في العام 1436 هـ بموافقةٍ واعتمادٍ كريم من سمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية، يمثل أنموذجاً مؤسسياً رائداً في إدارة الزكاة وفق آلياتٍ تشغيلية متكاملة تجمع بين الرقمنة المرنة لأداء الزكوات، والتكامل مع القطاعات الشريكة في توزيعها وإيصالها، مشيراً إلى أن البرنامج نجح طوال أعوامه السابقة في تحقيق تحول نوعي في تنظيم آلية استقبال الزكوات وإيصالها لمستحقيها، مما عزز من كفاءة العمل الخيري وشفافيته في إنجاز الخدمة.

مُشيراً إلى اعتماد البرنامج لآلية توزيعٍ تستهدف حفظ كرامة وخصوصية المستفيد عبر أكوادٍ رقمية تُرسَل تصل لهاتفه مباشرةً بالتعاون مع (7) أسواقٍ تجارية، مؤكداً في الوقت ذاته على انعكاس رؤية "بر الشرقية" في تطوير العمل الخيري، وتحقيق التكامل بين القطاع الأهلي والجهات الشريكة، باعتبارها الجهة التنظيمية والإشرافية للبرنامج، من خلال توظيف التقنية وتحقيق أعلى معايير الحوكمة، داعياً المجتمع إلى المسارعة في توكيل البرنامج لأداء زكاة الفطر عبر القنوات المعتمدة، لضمان وصولها بيسرٍ لمستحقيها في وقتها الشرعي.
