وكيل «صحة الشرقية» يشيد بهيئة التمريض: رسالتهم إنسانية سامية تتطلب الإخلاص

أكد الدكتور هاني مصطفى جميعة وكيل وزارة الصحة بالشرقية، على الدور الحيوي الذي يقوم به أعضاء هيئة التمريض في المنظومة الصحية، مشيرا إلى أن التمريض يمثل العمود الفقري للقطاع الطبي، لما له من دور رئيسي في تقديم الخدمات الصحية والعلاجية للمرضى، والتخفيف من معاناتهم، والعمل جنباً إلى جنب مع الأطباء لضمان تقديم رعاية طبية متكاملة.
جاء ذلك خلال مشاركة وكيل وزارة الصحة بالشرقية، في اجتماع الجمعية العمومية لنقابة تمريض الشرقية، اليوم السبت بقصر ثقافة الزقازيق، وذلك لعرض الميزانية المالية للنقابة، ومناقشة الأنشطة التي تم تنفيذها خلال الفترة من عام 2020 إلى عام 2024.
مهنة التمريض ليست مجرد وظيفةأشار الدكتور هاني جميعة إلى أن مهنة التمريض ليست مجرد وظيفة، بل هي رسالة إنسانية سامية تتطلب الإخلاص والتفاني، داعياً أعضاء هيئة التمريض إلى مواصلة التعلم والتطوير، واستكمال دراستهم في مراحل الدراسات العليا، من أجل تحسين مستوى الخدمة المقدمة للمواطنين.
وفي سياق متصل، استمع الدكتور هاني جميعة إلى آراء ومطالب أعضاء هيئة التمريض، مؤكداً أن مديرية الشئون الصحية بالشرقية تطبق مبدأ المساواة والعدالة في توزيع كافة الطواقم التمريضية على منافذ تقديم الخدمة الطبية المختلفة بالمحافظة، دون استثناءات سواء في التوزيع أو النقل أو الندب، وخاصة بعد تفعيل قوائم الانتظار الخاصة بالتمريض، ووفقاً لاحتياجات المنظومة الصحية بالشرقية، وبما يضمن تحقيق أفضل استفادة ممكنة من الكوادر التمريضية.
وأشار محمود عبدالفتاح مدير المكتب الإعلامي بالمديرية، إلى أن الاجتماع شهد مناقشات مثمرة حول سبل الارتقاء بمهنة التمريض، وتعزيز دور النقابة في دعم أعضائها، والدعم المستمر بين مديرية الشئون الصحية بالشرقية والنقابة في رفع كفاءة الخدمة والفرق الطبية، كما تم عرض فيديو توثيقي للأنشطة التي نفذتها النقابة خلال السنوات الماضية، مما يعكس جهودها في تطوير المهنة وتحسين بيئة العمل للتمريض بمحافظة الشرقية.

وقال د. الرفاعي أن الفريق الطبي عقب دراسته كافة معطيات النتائج وحالة المراجع الصحية، قرر إجراء عملية تطويل القامة من خلال عظم الساق أسفل الركبة ، مشيراً إلى أن التطويل لا يقتصر على العظم فقط، ولكن يشمل أيضاً زيادة طول كلاً من الأوردة والشرايين والأعصاب والعضلات والأوتار والجلد بشكل تجميلي.
مفيداً بأنه عقب توفير المسمار المغناطيسي النخاعي من كبرى الشركات العالمية، أخضع المراجع لعملية دقيقة استغرقت ساعتين تحت التخدير العام، وتم فيها استخدام تقنيات الأشعة التداخلية لتحقيق أعلى درجات الدقة والأمان، حيث تم عمل قص لعظم الساق بالجهتين وزراعة المسمار من خلال فتحتين صغيرتين بطول 2 سم .
